Beautiful resort. Not truly adults only. Children allowed in dinner restaurants. Noisy at times depending on the parents. Buffet breakfast food cold pancakes and French toast everyday. The better food choices are on the children side of the resort. DJ at the pool BLASTING music for hours. CANNOT relax on the balcony or in your room. Poor communication between staff. One will tell you something different than the other staff. . You are reliant on the carts for transportation. Very friendly staff. Staff always acknowledged you and ask how your vacation is going. Very clean manicured grounds. The GM doesn’t speak to his staff. Rude management style. The site hours for food trucks/bars not accurate. Free soft drinks/snacks in your room. Young crowd in thongs/twerking at the pool freak show. Ocean somewhat clear for a man made beach and trucked in sand.

Shante was amazing!!!! We loved her. Her vibe was a 10/10. When you, ask for her ??. She was su h a delight and breath of fresh air.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Everyone is very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to Kemar! He was very helpful and so sweet. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place.

~ Weekend Magic at Princess Grand Hotel: A LOVE LETTER I truly experienced the MOST Euphoric weekend EVER! We arrived on Thursday for day 2 of the Euphoria Weekend at the Princess Grand Hotel. We were welcomed with red carpets, pamper towels and exclusive entertainment! From well executed dance jazz pieces to skillful aerial performances with a sunset beach view, Princess stole my heart. Our room was nothing but luxurious. We all had specialized gift boxes assigned to our beds which left me with an u forgettable memory. I truly enjoyed these past few days at the resort and hope to be back for even more! I will surely miss the 24/7 cafe (P.S I tried matcha for the first time in my life at this cafe and it definitely left a good taste in my mouth!!!) The energy on this resort is immaculate! The staff are so well trained and caters to your needs and concerns diligently! They were always warm and friendly and created a safe space for us. My favorite part of the trip getting chauffeured by our cool shuttle drivers! They are always close by and on time! Special SHOUTOUT to our favorite entertainment team - Donald Daley?????, Blue ??, Kenzie , Sheckena, Radcliffe, Riley and the melodic Kimanda, your energy is OVER THE TOP !!! Yoga with Miguel was everything we needed to reset these past few days spent on the runway! The scenic views and opulent design interior was perfect for our photoshoot sessions and run way shows and captured the moment perfectly!!! And finally your LOVE – we felt it all weekend ?? Princess Grand Hotel, you’ve earned a permanent spot in my heart – I WILL BE BACK!!! 5 stars isn’t enough –

I stayed here for my birthday in June and it certainly was a trip fit for a Princess. My butlers Roy & Michael did an exceptional job. My room was decorated, bath set and I got a birthday cake, fruit platter and wine. They would set up my cabana in the morning and I would chill by the beach with an igloo with beverages. The food overall at the resort was also great. I definitely recommend and when you go ask for Roy and Michael. Marrion from the Platinum Lounge at the Grand side is also amazing ???????? I’ll definitely be going back.
