We had a week in paradise. First time to Jamaica stayed in a regular room in building 3. Not a far walk from the restaurants or really anything. Upon check in we were greeted and our luggage taken. No standing in line to check in. You get to have a seat and a drink…. They come to you! We arrived early so we were able to use the guest suites to get changed. Went and had some lunch. When our rooms were ready we got our bracelets that worked as the keys for the rooms. This was a great feature. No trying to remember the card!! Rooms spacious and clean. Lots of storage space for luggage. My only dislike of the room is it is wide open from the shower. There are curtains to close but not ideal when you are travelling with friends. Pools. We spent our first few days at euphoria. It has the swim up bar and never had an issue getting a seat. The only time there was a problem was when a big group came and they had someone reserved about 10 chairs and 4 beds. They didn’t come to the pool till late afternoon. A lot of people walked through and couldn’t get a chair. Last few days we went to the pool at the azure snack bar. Again. No issue with seating. Snack bar burgers wer delicious. Beach is good. Not much shade but lots of seats. If you are looking for a beautiful beach this is not for you. Went paddle boarding almost every day. This is included. Steak restaraunt 10/10 Mexican 10/10. Too much food though. Tapenyaki 10/10 and Italian 10/10. Buffet is the buffet. Was good and had a good selection. Coffee bar. 10/10. Snacks. Ice cream crepes and many choices for drinks From start to finish this was the perfect vacation. A few shoutouts to the memorable staff Jodi macaroni never left us without food or drinks at the pool. She had such a sweet personality. Destiny in entertainment played trivia with our group. Monique our housekeeper always left the room perfect and was very sweet. Krystal in the coffee shop. And Reno and kimone. They all had a part in making our vacation soo memorable.

Just returned April 17, 2025 from spending 10 glorious days at Princess Senses The Mangrove. We were a group of 6 couples aging between late 50's and mid 60's. We were all very happy with this beautiful resort. Fabulous rooms, large and comfy balconies, every room is oceanfront. Wonderful beach and very easy access. Gorgeous pools, all right between the rooms and the ocean. Very clean all the way around - everything. Food was wonderful, both at the buffet and the Al La Cartes. All of the staff were cheerful, polite, and work very hard to be sure you are happy. We all agreed we would all enjoy to go back again. The one and only complaint we have is the hours of the main lobby bar. The lobby is large, pretty, comfy, breezy, and relaxing, however, the bar closes at 9:00 pm. It would have been lovely to be able to come back to that lounge to enjoy a late night cocktail after watching the entertainment on the 2nd floor. There is a bar on the 2nd floor, however, it is much hotter up there. Please, please, consider opening the 1st floor lounge bar later than 9:00 pm for those who enjoy relaxing cocktail before ending the night.

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean great food and wonderful staff and entertainment the only thing we didnt like is no booking for the restaurants which could mean waiting 2 hrs using a buzzer system we have never had to use this system before we dont think it works a real disappointment as everything else is brilliant

This review is from Nina Rejhon and Dave Sancho. We stayed at the Princess from March 29th to April 5th and really regret coming home! You all blew our minds. We don't know where to start. Our experience was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived. We met two of our butlers upon our arrival, and then had the pleasure of registering with Ricardo at the concierge desk in the platinum lounge. We were offered beverages and access to the buffet in the which was a very nice greeting since we were quite hungry when we arrived. We stayed in one of the overwater bungalow huts which blew our minds. It was so quiet, clean and provided the perfect atmosphere for what we were looking for in a get away. We only did one excursion into Negril because we didn't want to leave the gorgeous resort. We learned a lot from our driver about the culture and parishes across the country, which we found very interesting. We were quite surprised to see that the island was not nearly as destroyed as the media made it out to be. The food was incredible. Special shoutout to Robert's Flame and the Teppanyaki restaurants. Our special dinner that was part of the package was served by the wonderful chef from the premium club, a delicious delight. The buffets also deserve special praise, the hostesses and wait staff work very hard and always have such friendly smiles. We have a few specific people that do deserve recognition for exemplary service. Butlers: Jermaine: INCREDIBLE, professional, learned our preferences within a day and curated the perfect excursion with a great taxi driver. We were so exhaustd when we arrived that he went above and beyond by attending to us the entire next day by bringing us lunch and insisting that we relax on our first day there. His attention to detail and caring nature was so warm, we can't say enough amazing things about him. He knew our favorite drinks (I probably drank about 45 Bob Marleys) and was always ready to help. 100/100 service. Jerome: Jerome was so attentive and kind. He also knew our drink preferences and brought us a tray of them every night at 10pm with some extra rum. AMAZING man and so funny. 100/100 service. Donnovan: Donnovan provided us with amazing service as well. It's clear that they all talk to each other and are all on the same page when it came to providing what we enjoyed most. He is also very funny. We were saddened to hear that he had a family emergency so we were unable to properly say goodbye. Again, 100/100 service. Housekeeping: Nicola was our morning housekeeper and she did a beautiful job every day, and would arrange our blankets in such a pretty way. Such a bright smile and so, so kind to us. 100/100 service. All of the ladies who work in the 24/7 coffee shop also knew our orders and deserve praise for their kindness and ability to handle multiple requests at once. They work very hard during a rush, we saw it and appreciated their efforts. 100/100 One little thing we noted was that the shower was dripping a bit, it didn't bother us but it may need to be fixed. The toilet paper holder was also a bit loose. Having a dispensary on site is genius. We think that should be widely spread so people are aware. We definitely love our medicine so it was a great quick walk for us. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show as well, but the real treat was the service, the bungalow, and the peaceful feeling the resort provided. We will never forget, and will be back. We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and truly relaxing. The staff were outstanding-friendly, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality at every meal. We also enjoyed the entertainment; there was always something fun to do without it feeling overwhelming. Overall, this was a fantastic resort that exceeded all of our expectations and wonderful place to relax and unwind. We absolutely recommend it and would love to return in the future!
