Absolutely beautiful property. Staff was first class. The sunset from the balcony made the long drive worth it. The room was lovely however, my toilet wasn't cleaned very well when I first got there, that was very disappointing, especially in a 5 star property. I didn't do much in terms of the all that was available but I'm ready to come back and enjoy everything.

I recently stayed at Princess Senses The Mangrove, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Annnakay for the exceptional service she provided. Even with Hurricane Mellisa passing through, Annnakay showed up every day with an amazing attitude, positive energy, and a genuine passion for making guests feel comfortable. Her dedication truly stood out. The service overall was outstanding, and the suites were clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious—definitely a 10/10 in my book. I had an incredible experience and would highly recommend Princess Senses The Mangrove to anyone looking for great hospitality and a memorable stay.

Our recent stay here was nothing short of amazing!! The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the phenomenal service we received from Anna Kay. The rooms were clean, the customer service was top tier and the food was excellent! I will certainly be returning in the near future. We had an amazing holiday at this resort, we were in the platinum section. Our butlers Davinia and Liam were exceptional, nothing was too much to ask for. At end of our our 14 night stay they beame our family. What truly stands out for this resort is the staff, they make sure your enjoy your vacation as much as possible. Shout out to Riley and Destiny in the entertainment team such a joy and pleasure to have met you, also to Tracy Ann at Ruphoria keeping our drinks topped up at all times. Bar staff at the platinum adults side infinity pool were just absolutely amazing, as soon as they saw my partner and I they had our drinks ready for us. Also not forgetting our housekeeper Tremika just awesome our room was kept immpecible with towels and toiletries always available. Thank you to all mentioned for making our trip one to always remember.
