My 2-night, 3-day stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every experience exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional, with staff who consistently went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcomed and cared for. A big thank you to Roy and Kadane who made our stay memorable. They ensured that our every needs were met. They are absolutely the best! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of flavorful options that catered to everyone. The amenities were perfect for both adults and children, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway. The spa was truly one of a kind—a relaxing oasis that left me feeling completely refreshed. I honestly didn't want my stay to end. Princess Grand Jamaica delivered an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, outstanding service, and lasting memories.

A great trip finished on a very big negative. Just celebrated my Birthday at this hotel and upgraded to platinum and butler service. Food 7/10 Cocktails 5/10 Service from those who worked at the resort fantastic. What left a sour taste was the charge to extend our room to 6pm. After arriving at 11pm the 1st day, we asked if we could keep our room till 6 so we could shower. We were told we could keep till 4pm but then it was $50 there after (the most expensive in any of the 5 star resorts I have stayed in). Usually I would understand if the resort was super busy but having paid a lot of money to upgrade to the “platinum experience” and with only 30% of the rooms taken we see this as the hotel grabbing an opportunity to get more money from their “top tier” guests. Such a disappointing way to end a trip and definitely not a platinum experience when you have 16hrs to travel home.

We have never been to an hotel where everything is “spot on” and perfect!! Our experience was priceless and amazing. Princess Grand Hotel is synonymous with consistency, from the service to the food!!! Our Butlers: Row and Romeo were the best! They ensured that all our needs were covered throughout our stay. They constantly checked in and were at our total disposal. The entire property is amazingly beautiful. The kids were begging to stay longer and they are already planning our return. Thank you Princess Grand Hotel for a wonderful stay and this is now our spot!!!!

This is a very beautiful place. We booked a Pleasure swim out suite. It came with a hot tub and a mirror above the bed. There were 2 showers and sinks. They decorated well for my wife’s birthday at my request and an extra expense. We did a night time candle lit dinner on the beach. We were greeting and served by Chevan who went above and beyond with his hospitality. This was a trend with our stay. There was a diverse supply of inclusive restaurants and bars. Well worth the money.
