I can't say enough wonderful things about this new resort! Although it's one U-shaped property with both an adults-only section (Princess Senses Mangrove) and a family section (Princess Grand), the separation between the two was excellent. In fact, there were even security personnel stationed between the two areas to ensure each side maintained the experience guests were expecting. The only amenities shared are the restaurants, which worked perfectly. We stayed in the Platinum Suite on the adults-only Princess Senses Mangrove side, and the level of service, care, and personal attention was truly exceptional. We were originally assigned a room with two beds and asked on our very first day if a king bed might become available. Nothing was open at the time, which we completely understood. What impressed me most was that we only asked once. Four days later, our butler found a room with a king bed and immediately arranged the move for us. The fact that they remembered our request several days later and continued looking for a solution without us ever having to follow up speaks volumes about how attentive and guest-focused the staff truly are. I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to couples, friends traveling together, or families. The thoughtful layout allows everyone to enjoy the vacation experience they're looking for, while the outstanding service makes you feel genuinely valued throughout your stay.

My family and I had a great experience. The resort looks great, the staff were welcoming, entertainment was top notch, restaurants were very nice, food was good. It was a great great experience and I hope to be back soon.

We recommend princess the hotel is excellent and all the staff are all amazing. We want to highlight the entertainment team with raw talent, our man Bradley, Starfire , Blue with the leg, little miss Berry who was the MC for the show and dance in the show.

Me and my finance family have stayed at senses platinum for the last 2 weeks. This is our 5th time to Jamaica, first time staying at senses. overall, we were really impressed with our experience at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and kept clean. The rooms are beautiful and always kept lovely and fresh, we always had enough towels and the turn down service was great thanks to our brilliant maid Trecia, she is an amazing and a lovely lady. We never had a bad meal our whole stay, the steakhouse and Italian were our favourite. We also thought there was a good selection of alcoholic drinks available. The staff in general are great, there were a few that stood out to us in particular. Derron who mainly worked in the piano bar but sometimes covered lunch breaks over at the platinum rooftop where we often went for a drink before dinner. He was brilliant, made amazing drinks and we really enjoyed speaking to him and getting to know him. We would love to see him progress at the hotel. The 2 servers round the pool who really stood out to us was Ella and Jodadene. They looked after us so well and often would bring us our usual drink over before we had even asked. They were also both a pleasure to speak to and get to know. Our main negative about the hotel was the music, we have never experienced a hotel in Jamaica that plays next to zero Jamaican music. The music that is often played sounds like lobby music. I think we could count on one hand the amount of Jamaican music we heard whilst we were there which is a shame because at times you felt like if you shut your eyes you wouldn’t even know you’re in Jamaica.

I went with my friend to celebrate her 60 th birthday . Every member of staff were fabulous . So friendly . A massive shout out to Chantal who does a fantastic job and such enthusiasm . Definite in need of promotion in our opinion . Lady Tiffany amazing also . Romaine who is so friendly and excellent with everyone. The list goes on , Daniel , Blue . The list goes on.! Everyone is super proud of their job and you can see it in everything they do . We will definitely be back to this resort as the staff make . Bar staff , Sherice who works at lobby bar next to coffee shop is a hoot with an excellent personality she should be on the stage. Karen , Dante, Crystal , Janetta . The list goes on Christopher in Robert’s steak house was super efficient in restaurant when he seen ex us . I could go on and on Management hopefully realise what a super team of staff they have . A pay rise possibly . We will be back !! Beautiful resort , rooms gorgeous., food super , can’t praise it enough, Also Sheneke st reception meeting and greeting with a massive smile and so friendly .
