We’ve been to Jamaica a total of 14 times and were excited to visit this new resort! While the resort was only a little less than 2 months new, we decided to give it a try. Overall, we had an amazing time. Now, there were definitely some hiccups but the staff and potential of the resort once it’s totally finished made up for it! I have to give a special shout out to Chevonne, Kevin, Cristal and Rakeesh for their EXCELLENT service during our visit. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provide that warm Jamaican vibe that we always come back for! If yuh visit, definitely look for them! All of the staff were super nice and accommodating! I also have to mention that the food was the best we’ve had at any all inclusive resort we’ve been to! We were originally in a junior deluxe suite (which was beautiful) but decided to upgrade to the pleasure suite. I’d done some research on the rooms and o’club benefits (which were very intriguing to say the least), so I decided to give it a try. While the room was very nice- we had the swimout pleasure suite- it was obvious that the finishing touches on the room had not been complete. However, we decided to not let that ruin our stay and asked concierge to address the issues. The biggest disappointment was the missing o’club benefits that were listed on the website that I was looking forward to experiencing. Other than the hookah sensation experience (which was awesome but you have to go to another part of the resort to experience), none of the other benefits were available yet (themed parties, private pool with entertainment, pole dance classes, mixology classes, cocktail soirée, etc). These benefits were the main reason I upgraded but I was told by multiple employees that they either weren’t aware of these activities or that they weren’t available. That really sucked. However, upon checkout, I spoke with the manager, Latoya, and she apologized for the confusion, took notes and promised that if we return, they’d be sure all of the benefits were available and that they’d make our trip memorable! Because of this, we are strongly considering giving the resort another chance and going back for our 15th anniversary in May. Hopefully everything will be complete by then and we can have an even better experience.

Me and my wife loved every minute of our honeymoon stay at the princess senses. When arriving we felt very welcome from the reception staff and especially Nicholas who chauffeured us to our room and gave us a mini tour around the hotel. We stayed in the swim up room and it was amazing and kept very clean from the amazing housekeeping. The food was 10/10 not just the restaurants but the buffets were exceptional too. The entertainment and all the entertainment staff are outstanding! I would like to personally shout out Oshane, Daniel, Devon, Tyrece, and damien these guys made our stay even better than we could have ever imagined. Such great, happy, funny, friendly, gentlemen. They took care of us and made sure we were looked after thank you all so much for everything you’re the best! See you all next time, yeah mon! ????

My wife and I, and another couple of friends, stayed here in January 2025 and had an absolutely great experience. We stayed in the over water bungalows. They were fantastic. We couldn't get to all of the restaurants, but for dinners we did Dine at the JamRock, the Pearl, Roberts Flame, the KA teppanyaki, and the Platinum Restaurant, all where fantastic, delicious food, and great service, they put on a very good show at the KA, definitely a must. Had lunch at various other spots, and I never had a bad meal anywhere. The bars where all great, very friendly bar tenders, are absolute favorites where Ally(trouble) and Delhard at the Euphoria swim up bar, Chris and Jessica at the Oasis Swim up barm, Dante who we saw all over the place was great, and Riccardo up in the sports bar was second to none on making old fashions. For the Platnium upgrade, for us, we loved it. The Platnium Club Manager Sakeyar (Ms Dixon) is now part of our Family, she goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. As far as the Butler service, we had Jermaine,Kade, and Evon. Navaudo, who was another butler, we didn't have him, was right there with the 3 we did have. They, too, are now part of our family, absolutely went above and beyond anything we expected, and those 4 and Ms Dixon have left an ever lasting impact in our lives that we will never forget. Chevauna, who checked us in and out, was also so nice and helpful during that process. I don't think there was a single bad experience while we were there or met someone who was even a little bit rude. They were always doing different things to keep you entertained, I think there was always something there for every guests, the beaches were groomed every morning. The pools were a little chilly but not unbearable by any means. The ocean was warm, and it got warmer at night when the tide came in. A suggestion for people to travel there is to take a lot of $5 & $10 bills for tipping. They also love getting $2 bills from the states. We will without a dought be going back to this resort in the future. Wasn't overly packed, but we still made plenty of friends and a load of memories that will never be forgotten.

This is a brand new luxury resort. It deserves its 5 stars. The rooms and amenities are very nice and clean, the service and entertainment are great, the food is as good as it gets for all inclusive. The beach is very large given it’s private, but there are not many waves or natural scenery. Despite this it was very nice to walk, lay out and get in the water. We really enjoyed our stay. You are also not far from Negril where you can venture outside the resort.

Booked a last minute long weekend at this gorgeous new resort for my 50th birthday in an overwater villa. First I must shout out to the driver who picked us up at the airport and took us back, Kevin! He was amazing! We hope to return and have him as our guide. Getting to visit with him on our drive was the perfect way to start our trip! The resort was beautiful and new, overwater villa was fabulous and the food at all of the restaurants was wonderful. We had a fabulous time but did have a few disappointments. It was my actual birthday and after reading many reviews here, I expected our butlers to be on top of it but they really dropped the ball. Nothing “special” until night when my husband finally asked them why they hadn’t done anything for my birthday. And then, we waited outside while they decorated the bed that we were about to get in. Too little, too late. Also, the butler service was really slow. We’ve had butler service before and it never took over an hour to get a drink or 2 hours for breakfast. Hopefully they get that worked out because the place really is gorgeous and we’d love to return but it’s tough to pay for 5 star service and not receive it!
