The resort staff was amazing especially kaydian she went above and beyond about my food allergies, making special desserts for me each day! The resort was also exceptionally clean!

I was very hesitant in choosing a resort as it was the first time I was traveling with my Infant daughter along with my husband and parents. I would recommend this resort as a family resort, the staff for the most part were very nice and go the extra mile to make sure you are having a great time and service is up to par. My few complaints is the staff at the food truck can be very rude, it was almost like they didn’t want to serve us or answer our questions when asked if a food item was available or not. The other complaint I have is that the staff can be pushy when it comes to the whole time share part, they start off by asking you what time you’re available so they can have breakfast with you and give you a short tour, etc. I kept declining as we have a baby and it was hard to schedule with her schedule but we also didn’t want to spend our vacation time being stuck listening to anything we wouldn’t be interested in anyways. The amenities were good, we absolutely loved the lazy river and food was great as well. Yes after a few days the food becomes repetitive but this is to be expected at any resort. I love great food and Caribbean food and the Caribbean food was simply delicious. We did have a few glitches here and there - the power went out in our room one night and they quickly fixed the issue almost immediately. Overall a great stay!
