Details outlined below:
May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Everyone was courteous and willing to help make our experience better which was great! My kids went to the Star Camp and absolutely loved it and begged to go on a daily bases. For me the food was just ok, but the hospitality and beauty of the hotel and personnel more than made up for it. Cora at the front desk and Raquel at the steakhouse went above and beyond and deserve a shout out!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites. This is our fourth time in Jamaica and it was fantastic! The room was perfect and the house keeping staff made sure it was well stocked. The staff at the Selection made our stay! A special shout out to Kerry K and Saskia at the prestige lounge. Kerry checked in on us every day and made sure we were set for dinner each night. Saskia made sure our visit to the lounge was fun every night. She is a great bar tender and concierge. Leroy at the beach made sure we had a place to hang out and plenty to drink ??. And last but not least Shanan from the club is phenomenal. She checked in with us each day and catered to our every need! We love our Jamaican staff!
