IBEROSTAR in Montego Bay was a really nice resort. It was clean and the staff tried their best to make us as comfortable as they could. Chanelle the Concierge was an awesome person who was kind and helpful, became friends by the end of the week. The resort was working hard at recovering from Hurricane Melissa. What a horrible thing for these great people to have gone through. The one thing that was negative was that the food which was great was often cool by the time we got it. Thank you for a great week

Iberostar was was clean, friendly, and comfortable. Shonyae helped us to enjoy our stay a little better. Would stay here again!
