Reviews
This annual trip was the best because of the Conrad
Tina J on Jun 13, 2025
My family of 4 and our friends (family of 3) go to NYC every spring break and we stayed at the Conrad for the first time last spring. This review is long overdue but I had to write one today because we are planning to go back to NYC this summer and we decided to stay at the Conrad again. The service was amazing and the hotel and rooms were impeccable. We've stayed in different Hilton hotels in NYC but the Conrad exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were large, the service was amazing, the rooms were clean and smelled great. Shout out to the housekeeping staff who were all super nice and accommodating when we needed a few extra things. The location is great near downtown too. We walked to the Brooklyn Bridge. There are many restaurants - fast and sit downs - close by. We ate at Zutto, a nearby Japanese restaurant, which was really great.
Absolute luxury

The moment that you walk into this hotel, you know that this hotel is different. Across all of our Hilton stays over more than 10 years, this was amongst the most luxurious. The staff are highly attentive, the rooms are immaculate, and the amenities within the rooms were well above any other. As an example, the pull-out sofabed had a very comfortable tri-fold 8" thick memory foam mattress; I slept better on this sofabed than most other hotel beds. We opted for a suite (to sleep 4 adults); we easily fit everyone with plenty of space for each person). The hotel location provides a very quiet overnight sleep. Everything that you could want or need is within 4 blocks (subway, restaurants, mall, historic landmarks, walking paths, farmers market, etc. Highly recommend if you have the means to afford a room, as luxury of this caliber comes with a price tag. That being said, the cost for a single suite (sleeps 4 people) was cheaper than getting 2 separate rooms (with 2 double bed in each) at any of hotels in this area of New York City.
