I stayed at the Conrad New York Downtown this past February, and it was truly an outstanding experience. As all rooms in this property are suites by default, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to one of the rooms with the best views in the entire hotel — a memorable highlight of my stay. The interior design perfectly reflects the sophistication of a true luxury hotel: modern, elegant, and beautifully curated. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I walked in. Located in downtown Manhattan, the hotel offers an excellent base for exploring the lower part of New York City, with many attractions conveniently nearby. Among all the Hilton properties I have stayed at in New York, this one stands out as the cleanest and most luxurious. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, style, and exceptional service in NYC.

My husband and I love staying at the Conrad. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by their amazing staff and it is very clear that the hotel is committed to providing excellent customer service. The rooms are incredible and very spacious. During our most recent stay we had a drink at the rooftop bar Leonessa. The staff were lovely and the drinks were exceptional. We’ve eaten in the restaurant on many occasions and everything is always wonderful. I have to give a huge shout out to Kadija, who was super attentive and who made our stay extra special. I highly recommend the Conrad downtown, we won’t stay anywhere else.

My extended family used to book multiple rooms here for Thanksgiving weekend. This is the first time in a few years that we've been back. The doorman, Morris, recognized me right away and welcomed me back. What a great way to start our stay! The hotel is quiet, clean and lovely. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The rooms are spacious suites with comfy beds. And the showers are amazing! (I wish that I had that water pressure at home!). There are plenty of amenities (restaurants, shopping, sightseeing) nearby, and transportation options as well. It's a little pricy, but with the amount of space in each room, it is worthwhile. I can't recommend this place more highly!

Our stay at the Conrad Downtown turned out to be absolutely outstanding. We had a small issue early on, but it was resolved promptly the next morning with such care and professionalism that it truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. The General Manager, David, personally came to speak with us and ensured everything was handled smoothly, a level of attention we’ve never encountered at other 5 star NYC hotels before. We originally chose the Conrad for its ideal proximity to the ferry terminal, as we needed a quick connection for a holiday dinner in New Jersey. But the hotel quickly proved to be far more than just a convenient location. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and both room service and the restaurant team delivered consistently high-quality service. Carlos is an exceptional member of the breakfast staff, warm, attentive, and dedicated. And Gabe is exactly the kind of person every luxury hotel hopes to have as a first point on contact; friendly, hardworking, and always willing to go above and beyond, whether assisting with luggage, helping at the door, or offering support with a smile. Travelling with teenage kids, we found the connecting king and double suite to be the perfect setup. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable with fantastic beds that made it easy to relax. A heartfelt thank you to David and his entire team for a stay that not only met, but exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely return.

Stayed at the Conrad with my family for a Thanksgiving week escape. Booked this property for award travel after reading all the positive reviews on this site. Checking in was smooth and friendly. They left a beautiful birthday surprise - a rich dessert and a large bottle of spring water. The complimentary branded water bottles were much appreciated and saw a lot of use on our daytrips around town. The in-room water dispenser was a phenomenal perk. The beds were extremely comfortable, and turndown service nightly was lovely. The room was flawlessly clean except that the couch had several large stains; I was surprised to see that at a property of this caliber. Most service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The on-site restaurant food is excellent. Our in-room coffee maker didn't work, but we didn't sweat it. There are options in the courtyard behind the hotel for quick coffee, pastries, and grab and go items. Short walk to the Oculus to catch a train uptown. It was lovely coming back to the serene property after being in the madness uptown. Other than the couch stains, perfection.
