Third time staying here. This is my favorite hotel in NYC. Its like a calm oasis from the hectic. We put on robes and slippers, brewed tea, and watched a movie in the living room after a long cold day trudging around the city. Breakfast is great too!!!

We booked this hotel for the flexible room set ups which work well if you’re travelling as a family group. The rooms are clean, spacious and really well equipped, and housekeeping is exceptional. The location of the hotel is great - just that bit out of the biz but all the main attractions are easily accessed on foot or by subway. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and high quality - really set us up for the day - but it gets really busy and we found ourselves waiting for up to 30 minutes for a table. Book ahead if you can. We were also disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed from 2 January so we didn’t get to experience that. But overall great place to stay, would recommend.

Good location, nice hotel , excellent food in the restaurant. Due to some small issue we had to change the room, luckily Mrs. Kadija at the reception was very helpful and professional to arrange everything, many thanks. Only 4 stars because since 1 day we have a connection issue with the television, yesterday they were not able to fix it, today promised but nothing happens.

I am writing this review to share how wonderful our stay at the hotel was. We will absolutely stay here again when traveling in the area. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and a great variety of dining options. I especially want to highlight the door attendant, Morris. In the cold and harsh wind, late in the evening and in low visibility, he went out of his way to help look for a pair of broken eyeglasses. He moved cars and carefully searched the ground to find the missing pieces. That level of care, patience, and dedication to guests is rare and truly unmatched. Thank you, Morris, for such exceptional service, and thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay such a positive experience.

I stayed at the Conrad New York Downtown this past February, and it was truly an outstanding experience. As all rooms in this property are suites by default, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to one of the rooms with the best views in the entire hotel — a memorable highlight of my stay. The interior design perfectly reflects the sophistication of a true luxury hotel: modern, elegant, and beautifully curated. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I walked in. Located in downtown Manhattan, the hotel offers an excellent base for exploring the lower part of New York City, with many attractions conveniently nearby. Among all the Hilton properties I have stayed at in New York, this one stands out as the cleanest and most luxurious. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, style, and exceptional service in NYC.
