WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED! As a lifelong New Yorker, it’s hard for me to be impressed… but this hotel absolutely nailed it! It was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, had exceptionally professional staff, home to a fabulous restaurant, and the suite had an amazing shower. Even the bed was incredibly comfortable. Keep up the great work, guys!

An absolutely amazing hotel in New York. Conrad hotels have always impressed me, but this one in New York is outstanding. From kind and courteous customer service particularly from Solomon who was friendly, helpful and courteous, I can see why this hotel stands out among the crowd. Gabe was fantastic and very funny as well as helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and location was top tier to getting to Brooklyn and Battery Park to see some amazing sites such as the Statue of Liberty. I recommend breakfast at Atrio on site. Overall, it's a 5 star establishment and two thumbs up for Conrad New York. Thank you to the staff and Conrad!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay, and the customer service truly made it special. Richie at the front desk and Gabe, our bellhop, gave us such a warm and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. We ended up having a really fun and memorable conversation with them about some gifts I brought along for my cousin, which quickly turned into a discussion about collecting everything from Star Wars items to K-Pop Demon Hunters figurines. Both Richie and Gabe were professional, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a great location and well-appointed, quiet rooms. The food at Atrio is excellent (especially those truffle fries!) and reasonably priced for NYC. If you appreciate a 5-star hotel and 6-star customer service, I would absolutely recommend staying here. We would happily stay again!

Super stay - excellent dinner at the bar, good enough but not awesome gym in the morning. Excellent staff. Walking distance to all downtown meetings.

My wife and I decided to spend the weekend in the city to explore many places that we haven’t done so for a long time even though we are the New Yorkers for 35 years. We chose Conrad as it is situated in a perfect spot in downtown close to World Trade Center, Winter Garden, Oculus and Wall Street. The lobby is very spacious and the receptionist is friendly. Through Amex card we have $100 credit for food and beverage. Had lunch there in the hotel and it was a blast. We ordered chicken sandwich and grilled octopus, they were delicious and probably the best chicken sandwich I ever had. The hotel decor is very modern and eye catching. We were assigned to the 14th floor facing the Hudson River and the night city skyline certainly didn’t disappoint us. Due to the weekend blizzard we checked out a bit early right after the breakfast. Talking about the breakfast, the reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was due to the fact that I think the buffet charge ($48/person) is over priced which is evident that limited customers chose this option while I was in the restaurant. However, food in general is great and the chef there deserves some credits for that. After we checked out we simply walked crossed the street to Brookfield Place which is connecting to all subway stations underground and is super convenient. We love the experience here and will definitely come back in the future.
