Our second time at this beautiful resort and we’ve rebooked already for next year. We had the most amazing relaxing week. We had requested a higher floor which on arrival wasn’t what we were allocated but upon meeting ‘Biggs’ the best butler ever he quickly sorted this and had us moved the next morning. All the rooms are lovely and have fantastic views so we hadn’t asked to move but it’s this sort of service that really stands Royal plantation apart. We were looked after so well from day 1 by our butlers Biggs and Ricky, nothing was too much trouble. The new manager Omar was also a delight, knowing all of his guests on site by name and always happy to chat. All the staff are so welcoming, happy and helpful. Also must mention Alex the entertainment guy - his voice is amazing! We can’t wait to go back next July.

After your fourteenth trip to Sandals Royal Plantation where do you start to thank all of the fabulous people that make the resort the best place to decompress and enjoy the beautiful team of friends that we have developed over the years. Omar has the perfect venue for his team each one is absolutely perfect in every way. This team is untouchable in the standard of graciousness and respect for the guests. The breakfast team of Sharika, Tanje, Stephanie, Teana, Vonya, and of course Jamie- need to the resort but a fantastic addition to the team. That smile will make your day?? Lancelot has a team of talented staff that will make you never want to leave… Tyrone, Onella, Ornella, Angela, and Courtney who makes you feel like you are the most important person on the resort?? Brandon and Alex are just the best recreation team!! So much fun spending time with them and bearing Brandon at corn hole-haha! If I forgot someone it was not intentional- looking forward to our next trip- always the best!!Never goodbye but see you soon????

This was our 5th visit to this resort but we haven't been in 7 yrs. The property looked beautiful as always. The rooms have be refreshed & very nice. We have stayed in 4 diff categories from lowest level to upper level & you can't go wrong with any of the rooms & bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was outstanding, room service & our butler Gladstone. We also enjoyed seeing Adrian Biggs who we remembered from all our past trips. He was a stand out beach server & now a butler. The beach service was off the hook. These guys were on it. Food was excellent. We had excellent service at all the restaurants. Tonight at Papillon we had Shevon, a 5 star server. We also enjoyed Tyrone at the grill. He was extremely friendly & we wish him well with his fine dining training. The bartenders at the Wobbly Peacock ( Garnet & Junior ) cocktail server Sherika? & drinks also outstanding. In all our years of going to Sandals we usually steer clear of the bars as level of service, quality of drinks & atmosphere don't compare. Brandon who sang at the Loyalty & travel dinner & the bar one of the best singers I've ever heard but the BEST bingo caller EVER. We laughed so hard, letting us know he wanted us all to loose. He is a natural with people & could host any event. I also enjoyed Daniella & Garfield at the front desk. Always on it & friendly. The Loyalty & Travel dinner was very nice usually run by the L&T staff, but the GM totally hosted the entire dinner & was very funny. Last but not least we met guest relations manager Marvin & Roshane. Both always seen & engaging with guests & very friendly & welcoming to us. General Manager Omar Robinson the most guest friendly GM that I have encountered. Extremely good sense of humor & always out & about interacting with during the day & taking the time to say hello to guests in the restaurants. Same with guest relations, very impressive. My husband and I so enjoyed our trip to Sandals Royal Plantation. From the moment we walked in the lobby we were greeted with warm welcomes from all of the staff. Omar, the manager knew everyone by name, Marvin was so welcoming and friendly. The best part was seeing all of the dining room staff again. Tianna you are so professional yet still warm and friendly. Stephnie and Sherika you both made my lunches the high point of my day! Thank you to Estina who kept our room so clean, we were never short of towels or toiletries. We were treated like royalty and we can’t wait to return in 2026!

Sandals Royal Plantation is an amazing Resort! Breathtaking views, luxury accommodations, great dining and beverage options, and wonderful entertainment!! This resort checks all boxes if you want to relax and be pampered. What it lacks in size, they make up for in service. All the staff at SRP are amazing!! Each staff member goes out of their way to be sure each guest are taken care of minute by minute. From the GM, Omar constantly walking through the property engaging with all guest and staff, to our butlers, Andre and Johovan, taking care of our every need. This is truly our home away from home.
