Towards the end of last year following Melissa we didn’t think this holiday would’ve been possible but all testament to the Jamaican community how wrong we were. This was our second visit here and a return to our newly found happy place and it was so good to be welcomed home and to be recognised as returning guests by many members of staff. Omar and his entire team run a first class hotel and nothing is ever a problem. We had 3 butlers across our stay due to some annual leave. Neil and Chase again looked after us along with Carlos at the beginning of the stay. We didn’t ask for too much however the things we wanted we always catered for. There are so many people we could thank who made our stay so special. It’s so nice to see staff go out of their way to make your holiday special. Few to mention include Vanga , Sheree and Stephanie from The Terrace Restaurant who provided exemplary service across breakfast and lunch. Chevron from the French restaurant. Sequoia from loyalty who always stopped for a chat. Our room was situated on the first floor overlooking the beach with great sun rise views . It was cleaned daily and turn down service offered each evening. Entertainment is minimal but appropriate for the style of hotel and suited us being early risers to make the most of the daily sunshine.Food selection is impeccable with several option’s available across the resort for both lunch and dinners with varied menus available. We are already booked for next year!

We are regular sandals visitors but this was our first visit to royal plantation and it definitely will not be our last. From the moment you arrive you are made to fill special everything was top class, the staff from top to bottom are wonderful. A small hotel but lovely so perfect to relax,we can only imagine that this attention to detail and service was like it used to be in all Sandals resorts so thank you all very much for a wonderful break and we are coming back sooner than you think.

This is our 5th trip to Sandals Ochi and I keep coming back because of the Tennis Pro Chris Iceburg. Chris has taken my tennis game to much much higher levels. We have already booked two more trips for 2027 and Chris is the reason for me. Of course my wife likes the massages, the restaurants, after tennis breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean and the beach.

This is the best place for an intimate vacation experience. Garnett is the greatest bar tender. Only magic is created in his bar. And he sings too!!! The BEST!

Great place for relaxing. The staff and butlers are amazing. My favorite bartender, Simone, at the beach bar and grill is the best!! She sees everything and everyone. Your glass never goes empty ??????
