What can I say about SRP that hasn't already been shared below? If you're looking for a resort where you just want to lay back and relax, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, and where the staff take care of you without ever being asked, then this is your spot! As always, though, it's the staff that makes the experience so special. Someone is always asking if you need a beverage, or a snack, or anything else to make you comfortable. There are always fun surprises....like when our butler, Adrian just sat down at the piano in the restaurant and started serenading everyone.....fun and magical. We did a candlelight dinner to celebrate our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations, really living up to the hype of providing a romantic dining experience with elevated food and impeccable service. Adrian (woop! woop!) and Ricky took care of us from the moment we stepped out of our transfer to our final hug goodbye. Junior, at the bar, was there for us mixing up some amazing cocktails. The entire staff at the spa gave us a relaxing couples massage. Jessica at the travel center basically read our mind and drew up a trip proposal that matched exactly what we wanted for our next trip (without us even having to tell her we were going to come in and reserve). And finally, Omar was out and about every day checking in with all the guests, addressing all of us by name and wanting to make sure we were having a great time (which we were). We just finished our third visit to SRP and already have the 4th trip booked.

The resort is beautiful and the customer service is amazing! The food was really good and room was nice. Omar is an excellent GM, and our butler Johovan and Andre were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed our whole stay. They and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was really great, and we loved our relaxing stay at Sandals Royal Plantation. We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere; everything was exactly what we were hoping for our vacation and more. We will be back!

I just returned from an amazing four night stay at Sandals Royal Plantation. The staff were wonderful. During the sunny days at the beach I was never without a frosty cocktail thanks to Danielle and Trevardo the beach butlers. Thank you to Sherril one of my butlers for suggesting Lobster Thermidor for lunch at the beachside restaurant. She requested it the night before and it was absolutely delicious. My other butler Gladstone arranged special dinner reservations for me and he always made sure that my requests were met. The pub was always a great place for a fun time. I especially enjoyed the general manager Omar’s karaoke song . I loved that he knew every guest’s name and always took time to visit with the guests. Overall my stay was excellent.

Royal Plantation did it again, another of amazing vacation. Our Butler team of Adrian “Biggs” and Alrick were outstanding with everything from anything that we needed or wished for!! Also the beach butlers Trevardo and Danielo. These guys are a prime example of what a Sandals Service should be. Always quick with a smile and a joke and a drink!!! Thanks to Delano at the Wobbly for making us outstanding drinks this young man is a joy to be around. Stefanie, Vonya and Tiana at the terrace every morning with a warm good morning! And beautiful smiles. There are so many more people at this beautiful resort that make it beautiful and all are so very gracious and kind. Omar the GM is a doing a great job!!! We visited SRP June 30th to July 13th. The trip was excellent, even with the passing of Hurricane Beryl. The Sandals management team, Marvin and Lance, led by the GM Omar, were fully prepared and had a plan in place to ensure our safety and comfort. All staff went above and beyond, including Chef Martin. Surf and turf was delivered to our rooms for dinner during the hurricane. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of staff, who stayed on resort throughout the storm and took exceptional care of us. The rest of the trip was perfect. As always, the service and food were outstanding. The resort also offers spectacular views, a relaxing quiet pool, and a spacious beach. We are counting down the days to our return!
