First vacation to an all inclusive resort. Sandals Ochi is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff are friendly and gracious. We upgraded to an oceanfront on arrival. The bed was comfortable, although the oversized chair was very faded and worn. Wide variety of food selections and quality was above average. Entertainment was enjoyable. We were under the impression that snorkeling equipment was always available, but discovered that snorkeling is only offered two times per week--requires a reservation on a boat that takes you to a reef. Sandals Ochi has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, but you can find some fun, high energy activities as well. Hope to return.

Sandals Ochi resort really shows you how to relax! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is very helpful and always eating to help, the spa services are amazing and the food was good. Bars- had amazing drinks and staff! Special shoutout to Kevaughn, he kept the drinks pouring, everyone entertained and was very impressive calming down a drunk jerk that came to the bar! The room was spacious, great view of the grounds and best of all it was always clean thanks to Jodie Ann. The restaurants were very tasty and accommodating to my gluten free diet. I can’t pick a favorite, they were all delicious! The only complaint I have was that kimonos restaurant chef was super boring for a hibachi. She also was weird about giving out food but took multiple plates back with her, not sure what happened there. I actually had the most food of the table because it was gluten free and came from the kitchen. The jerk kitchen was also so-so, nothing what normal jerk chicken tastes like! The one thing I didn’t realize was that this resort is split up into three parts the beachside, the hillside and the ocean club. Each area has bars, pools and restaurants you can go to. It’s an easy bus ride to each area. We had a massage at the spa, used the cold pool (really just room temperature) and the sauna, all were great! I wish I’d remember the two ladies that did our massage because I left so relaxed. Pools were great, each had their own vibes. The speakeasy was cute with a live singer. Entertainment was great too, something for everyone. My favorite was the electric violinist. Can’t wait to go back!
