This was my first time to Jamaica and my first time in an all inclusive. I had such an amazing time. I felt like royalty. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Everyone was always in a good mood wanting to help you out. The food was fantastic, the beach was well maintained, clean and stunning. There were so many activities to do around the property. You can also check out other sandals resorts so make sure to do that too!!

We had a perfect vacation for my daughter’s wedding. I read the reviews and knew I was going to an older resort that was being updated so I wasn’t taken aback when I saw projects or arrived at my room. 2 of my daughters and their spouses had to be moved from their original rooms due to it being an older resort. 1 daughter’s door wouldn’t close properly. The other daughter they had an issue with her beach side butler suit and she was relocated to the hillside which was unfavorable to her. But this was a 3 night stay before they moved to royal plantation after the wedding. (Btw, they said royal plantation was unmatched and could not have been more perfect.) the food was great, the drinks were wonderful, the beach is breathtaking and staff are out as early as 6am cleaning, raking the beach, straightening the chairs, preparing everything for guest to enjoy the breathtaking scenery for the day. If you don’t like heat, you might not enjoy Jamaica as much as we all did but we are from the south and use to heat and humidity. There was a good bit of walking and stairs on our vacation, which I enjoyed. Every step I took on the resort was beautiful and I never felt tired. But if someone had a knee issue it might be hard to get to the beach for them. The staff was amazing. Kind friendly and professional at all times, every single staff member. The spa was really top notch and highly recommended! They even worked me in to get nail polish redone the morning of the wedding. The chair massage and spa day the wedding group had was one of the best parts of the trip for me. Room service was wonderful, all of the restaurants I went to were wonderful. The most important part, the wedding was one written in a fairly tale. The wedding, the cocktail hour following, the reception, it was everything my little firecracker deserved and could have dreamed of. We can not wait to return soon!
