Wedding at Ochi Sandals Jamaica

We went to Sandals Ochi Jamaica for our wedding and we’re treated like a king and queen the staff couldn’t do enough for us, and the location was fantastic From the outset before we left island we were kept in constant contact with our wedding planners and what we wanted and given great advice. When we arrived, the planners met with us to make sure everything was put into place for our perfect day. Hair and make up flowers and a beautiful cake that taste fantastic. I would recommend Sandals for a wedding to anyone we had a great time.

Had an amazing time at Sandals Sochi Rios. I found it the perfect balance of peace and serenity when I wanted it and social interactions with staff and guests. The room we had was the cheapest on the beachside and was definitely as others have mentioned very dated but clean and solid furnishings so we didn’t mind. I loved the fact that all the staff Members looked like they were having a great time working here, I noticed everyone from the managers right down to the gardeners and maintenance Men being polite and making genuine conversations with guests, these small gestures make a big difference. A special shoutout to Romario at the entertainment team who gave us a great tour of the resort and who made our time Special. Davian at the bell desk set the standard Of excellent service when we dropped off our luggage. We met him throughout our stay and he would always take the time to chat no matter how busy and help us with anything we needed. What a great guy and strong value to the team. Gregory at the Kimono resturant was also a standout chef, we enjoyed his service and food. He was really nice and humble and was lovely to chat to him. The food he made was the tastiest we had at the resort. Neil the butler at the beach cabanas was the perfect balance of attentive and leaving us at peace when we needed. He also went out of his way to get us the food we wanted which was off menu. Really sweet of him and made our day extra special. Big Joe at the sandals club area was also very welcoming and gave us good tips on food and activities, another great asset to the team. To summarise had a great stay, You have to accept the little quirks of the place and take life by the hands and enjoy every moment. The people make this place special and that’s what we loved. We would return if they renovated the rooms, otherwise will try a diff resort next time.
