This was our 3rd trip to Sandals Ochi, first for our Honeymoon in 2001, which was fantastic! Then we returned in 2009, again great, treated us with gifts for being a returning guest. Place was booming with excitement. This time, 9/3/24, for our 25th anniversary, was just not the same. The first room they had us in was in bad need of repairs, tub faucet almost came off the wall when I showered. No one brought our luggage to the room, we had to go down to get it and no elevator to take to our room. Coffee maker didn't work either, ugh! At least when Michelangelo, the only one who helped me up the stairs with the luggage, had to listen to me vent, managed to have our room changed & sent Champaign and a desert to our room. The next room was nicer but still very aged. I did expect a return guest or even an anniversary mention or gift, NO. We went about our daily routine and do want to mention the bartender on the main floor, HERRIAN, she was so kind and nice she made the trip better. I forgot to mention that we told our story to several who asked how our trip was going., still not acknowledged. Most of the others seemed to be bothered or just didn't have the same customer service as before. Finally our last night we went in to talk to someone in the Sandals Travel & Loyalty to ask about our membership # . We explained the situation, he did find us and our 3 trips there in his computer so he ended up giving us a t-shirt & bottle of rum, oh yea and wanted us to book a return visit haha. I was also surprised that not one time did we get asked to have a picture taken, thought we got 1 free photo as in the past, guest we were just invisible. Unfortunately, having the first 2 times so great and then this, we will not be coming back to Ochi, maybe another Sandals but still not sure. Hopefully the Sandals standard has not gone down hill at all locations. Very disappointing visit for our 25th Anniversary!! when we could have chosen other locations.

This was by far the best birthday trip ever. Sandals exceeded my expectations. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed Nicholas and his welcoming personality and zest of energy. Also the DJ was super helpful during the day and at night, always willing to stop was he was going to assist.

My wife and I just recently returned from our honeymoon at Ochi. We thoroughly loved our time there and were not ready to come home. The property and the staff were nothing short of amazing. A special shoutout to our butlers Alexander & Donovan! They always seemed to be 5 steps ahead of our wants & needs! Our next trip is already booked!!!

This trip was for my husband and I 3rd wedding anniversary Words can’t express the love we felt at this resort Amazing!!! Superior hospitality/ food/ service/ etc We loved every minute of it!!!

Had an amazing time at sandals ochi. The hotel and grounds are kept beautiful by hard working staff. We stayed in the newly renovated rooms which were perfect. But what made our holiday was the staff, every single member of the staff were so friendly and polite. Patrise, basil, dejan, akeem, Michael, stevie, were a few to mention. The day time and evening entertainment staff were also fantastic but unfortunately we didn’t quite get their names. To top it off we had the best butlers ever, now these really did go above and behind to make our stay that little but more special so a massive thank you to Natalie W and Roberto, Natalie and Kheason, all four really are a credit to the sandals brand. We would highly recommend sandals ochi and will be returning in the future. Keep up the good work guys and we’ll see you all soon.
