The customer service was so bad. Upon front desk check in there was nobody there for a good while, and they messed up with someone’s room key where they got them checked in to another guest’s room and saw people inside. Staff were not willing to help with needs and most of them had an attitude, hotel was understaffed and frequently there was nobody there to help promptly.

Positives - 10 minute walk to Disney OR you can take the Toy Story lot free disney shuttle. Excellent breakfast every morning at 6am onwards on weekdays, 7am on weekends. Negatives Pool out of order. Limited housekeeping, we only got housekeeping once on a 4 night paid stay as an elite member.

Very clean and updated rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Great location with lots of parking on site. Breakfast was fresh with many options of hot food, cereals, bread items, juices, fresh fruit. Definitely will stay again. Very friendly staff all around.

We visited this Hyatt over New Years 2024/25. The hotel was clean, spacious and at the perfect location to walk to Disneyland (and drive to Universal). The daily continental breakfast was really tasty and convenient too! Great selection of hot food. The real star though was the staff member Verenice who was working during our stay. Despite being incredibly busy while working late on New Years Eve, she was happy, smiling, and incredibly helpful to our families!! She was the reason we felt so comfortable and taken care of during our stay. The hotel by itself was great, but if you’re lucky enough to stay while Verenice is working, you’re in for a treat!!!

The hotel is very basic.. no microwave ovens in the rooms or even body mosturizers. Very conviniently located near Disneyland. The hotel christmas festivites were kindof nice. The staff in general were very polite but some of the staff did not even smile. They stricly limit to two complementary water bottles. The sofa bed in the room was very helpful.
