Great location very convenient to restaurants and Disneyland. complementary breakfast in the morning was very extensive.

The hotel was as expected, nothing fancy or extraordinary. However, one thing to note is, parking rate of $46.80 for guests is borderline robbery.

We loved our stay here! This Hyatt Place is an easy walk to Disneyland or the convention center. The breakfast is great, the staff is wonderful, and everything is clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is pretty small, so just keep that in mind if that matters to you. The hotel is quiet, the team is friendly, and overall I highly recommend it!

This was a local 'staycation' for myself. I needed to stay at a Hyatt before year end to keep my points. I no longer travel, since I am 'rewired' ;) I liked the underground, secure parking at the hotel. I was greeted by front desk staff, and although my room wasn't 'quite' ready, I didn't have to wait long. They do have a small eatery in the evening with adult beverages and nice breakfast buffet in the morning. It is walking distance from Disneyland and also some nice restaurants nearby. The room was nice, clean and secure I recommend.

Had hairs on the toilet seat and the floors upon arrival. Had crumbles on the couch. Used GOH certificate, but 0 benefit received. Did not even welcomed me as GOH. They only mentioned GOH when I asked if my room was upgraded with GOH, then they said there was no available room for upgrade. However, the staffs were generally kind and nice.
