My wife and I Stayed here for 3 nights with our two kids while visiting the parks. Every staff member we encountered was fantastic friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We also really appreciated that breakfast was included and that the hotel had underground parking. With the heat wave during our stay, being able to keep our vehicle cool was a huge plus. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Disneyland, but with the kids we chose to Lyft to and from the parks, which was very convenient. Overall, a great family friendly stay and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean, convenient, big rooms. We had two queens and it came with a pull out sofa bed which would be useful if you have many kids. You do have to pay parking but it seems all the hotels charge. Walkable to Disney and nearby stores.

amazing location for the convention center and honestly the toy story parking lot. They offer complementary waters and breakfast daily which helped us stay hydrated and fuled up for long days! the rooms are comfy and have great air conditioning and wi fi. The pillows leave a LOT to be desired.. so pack one or prepare to toss a bit. Breakfast is semi basic but there is something for everyone. The walk to down town Disney is about 15 to 20 min away. parking available both above and below ground. The staff here are incredible and the location is clean as can be! we were impressed. Stay away from room 127 on the bottom floor.. we loved the space..but we think it may be the hub for the ac as it is loud..like if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up! OVERALL totally recommend this location for a stay. Close enough to jump on a bus to get to the parks..but just far enough to enjoy quiet and relax. Make sure you see Yesenia at the bar..her drinks are incredible!

Room was clean and registration staff was very accommodating! Special THANKS to Allison and Mellissa for taking such great care of our room needs and Yesenia for being absolutely amazing making us feel like part of the family. Her abilities as bartender are second to none! From Marguritas, Bloody Marries to Old fashions her special touch to each drink gives you an individual experience that you won't get anywhere else. Yesenia is that special someone who truly seems like she wants your experience special and personal.
