Verenice at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and fast to help us make changes over the phone and then again when we arrived late at night to check in. She was kind and efficient and we appreciated her.

Hotel was great quick and easy check in and check out breakfast is great staff was amazing it is right next to toy story parking lot if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel next to Disneyland

The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. However, I stayed on the southside of the hotel and was unable to get much sleep due to very loud construction / or compressor noise.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. LOVED having an almost full size fridge and freezer as well as a kitchen. (In the upgraded room) we went for a Disney trip and it was a short walk from the park. Loved having Walgreens and CVS close by. Starbucks too! We would 100% stay there again. ALSO- the day we left, we had breakfast in the hotel. The service staff at breakfast was extremely helpful. One lady in particular, Margarita, discovered it was my son’s birthday and went out of her way to sing him happy birthday and brought him a piece of cake so he could blow out a candle. She also found birthday balloons and some little gifts. This is something we will talk about for a long time. It made our newly 3 year old feel SO special! Thank you Margarita!!!!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Anaheim Resort/Convention Center (May 9–14, 2026) for my birthday trip, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional front desk team — especially Verenice, the Front Desk Supervisor, and Cherine. From the very first moment, Verenice went above and beyond in ways I've never experienced at any hotel. Before we even arrived, she proactively texted me about room availability and potential upgrades based on my World of Hyatt membership benefits — a gesture that immediately made us feel like VIP guests. When we checked in and our room wasn't quite ready, Verenice didn't leave us standing in the lobby. She arranged an interim room so we could take a hot shower and comfortably rest while we waited. That kind of thoughtfulness and problem-solving is rare — and truly defines what great hospitality looks like. And then came the birthday surprise. Verenice had arranged balloons and a slice of birthday cake waiting for us. I was genuinely moved. These are the details that you remember long after a trip ends. Throughout our stay, Verenice was consistently warm, attentive, and solution-oriented. She helped coordinate housekeeping on demand and made every interaction feel personal. She is without question the gem of this hotel. Hyatt Place is so fortunate to have her as Front Desk Supervisor. Cherine was equally wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. And a special mention to Jenny, who made our checkout just as seamless and pleasant as our arrival. She ensured everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free — the perfect send-off to an incredible stay. If you're considering a stay here, know that you'll be in excellent hands.
