The elevators weren't operating. We had a room on the 5th floor. It was a nightmare getting up and down every day with luggage, a stroller, and a child—completely unacceptable. I cannot imagine what people with disabilities had to endure during their stay.

I love a good Hyatt Place Hotel and this one is no exception. The beds and pillows are super comfortable the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is super responsive and work hard to ensure the comfort of their guests. Highly recommend this hotel. It is affordable, clean, and welcoming!

The sales team of Norea, Bella and Rittney helped my group on a last minute reservation. Their team was superb and set our group block, followed up with our individual requests and greeted us upon arrival. The hotel provides a free hot item breakfast and the rooms are generously spacious, enough for families traveling and lots of room. There is a seating area for you to lounge in too. Plenty of parking and restaurants, gas and convenience stores in walking distance. Target is down the street in case you forgot anything. Really pleased with the service and location! We'll be back!

I went there for business, but my family traveled along to do Disney. this hotel was amazing! breakfast was great. location was awesome. We parked our car at the Hotel and walked everywhere. It was so close to the convention center, dining, and the Disney parks. It was a 4 min walk to the Disney parking lot tram that takes you to the front gates of Disney. the staff was super friendly. one of the best Hyatt Place's that i have stayed at. I highly recommend!

The hotel has a great location. It is close to Disneyland (10-15 min walking distance) and a block away there is a shuttle to Disneyland if you do not want to walk. The breakfast is included and we enjoyed it because you do not waste time trying to find a place to eat prior to going to the park. Overall, I recommend this place. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.
