Nice convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Early Check in options and late check out options make it even more convenient and the front desk staff was very nice and was eager to help.

We are been in some hotels before seen people work with out motivación or looks like it and people work for work some other go xtra mile like Leticia and Margarita in the breakfast area . Those ladys are good sample.I’ll thank you if you pay attention to it.

I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere that I can truly say every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasurable. Yesenia, Jenny, Melissa, Meli and Zak at the front desk were a great team on all shifts. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to the entire team.

I was greeted every time I would walk into the hotel, they made me feel very welcomed. All staff was nice and helpful, during breakfast there was a lady that made a difference her name is Margarita; she assisted my family in the morning with everything, she is very polite and will help you look or bring for anything you need and made breakfast very pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay. Their staff definitely made my stay memorable. I will surely come here again because of that.

Arriving off the plane from NZ Hyatt Place was our first landing for accomodation. We were greeted by the most outstanding front desk personal named Zach, he was AMAZING!!! Zach went out of his way to help us in any way possible ... a true genuine gentleman. Hyatt Place you are very fortunate to have him as an employee. Our stay here was great, my son was very sad to say goodbye to Anaheim (Disneyland). ??
