Great place to stay before and after a visit to Disney. The location is convenient and they have a great breakfast selection.
Great location - Horrible Staff

We have stayed at this hotel- due to the location several times. I have not posted my experience, but enough is enough. At my last stay, I felt racially profiled and the staff was rude. This was the third time this has happen. I witness staff treating people not of color with kindness and respect. However, when it comes to my family, which if mix races we get short answers and lack of attention. I stay at many Hyatts due to work. This is the worse hotel. I like to stay within the Hyatt brand. But my loyalty is diminishing due to the treatment at this hotel.
Great family friendly hotel for Disney trip

Chose this hotel for two reasons, it is within walking distance to Disney and it had bunk beds allowing our 3 teens to have their own individual bed. The breakfast was also really good, with lots of cold and hot options. I believe there was no extra charge for parking either unlike a few hotels closer to Disney which charge for parking in addition to the hotel price. They do housekeeping every other day but we asked for it two days in a row and they accommodated. Over all a very good experience, would stay here again!
Serve the purpose of sleep while visiting Disneyland
jackiesyu (San Jose, Philippines) on Jan 02, 2026
The front desk lady who checked us in wasn't feeling very welcoming to me, but it could be a long day for her(or not) as I was checking in around 10pm. Even though there were 3 adults in our group but they only allowed 2 bottles of water -- it was a small thing, but feels not too well. The room is quite spacious. I am a Hyatt globalist but wasn't welcoming as such, of course no globalist benefits which is expected. The breakfast staff kept the food going, and the area really clean & tidy. The hotel felt its wear and age, but other than this, serves its purpose of sleeping while visiting Disneyland. One tip the front desk gentleman gave in terms of how to get to Disneyland with shorter walk is to take the Toy Story parking shuttle. It is still a bit walk front the shuttle drop off to the hotel but it's definitely shorter than walk from the shuttle pickup location to the hotel.
Disneyland Stay

Great location near Disneyland. Staff helpful. Only con is their breakfast area is not adequate for the number of people at the hotel. We skipped that because it was overwhelming. Other than that, great stay. Walking to Toy Story lot is an option to save some steps and go through the security.
