Every aspect of this hotel is superb. It looks, feels, and smells brand new. Everything is functional, the rooms are bright and quiet, and the bed and bedding are so nice that we would consider duplicating it at home. Cyrus at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. In the club lounge William was friendly and welcoming too. He shared his internal joy with all the guests and took the time to make everyone smile and feel comfortable. We go to a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center every year, and we look forward to staying there again next year.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at the Westin. Cyrus at the front desk constantly goes above and beyond to make us feel appreciated, valued, and like family. We consider the Westin our home away from home because Cyrus welcomes us by name each and every time we walk into the hotel and goes out of his way to make us feel like we’re VIPs! The staff at the Westin is what makes this a very special place to stay!

This is one of those places where you walk in and immediately are impressed. It is so beautiful and pristine to say the least. Traveling is always al little chaotic but once we arrived, it didn't feel that way. From parking to dining to walking straight to Disneyland across the street, we truly enjoyed our time. We had dinner at Rise on the rooftop and enjoyed a great view of the fireworks with amazing food, drinks and service. To sum it up, our trip was great and the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. We can't wait to visit again!

I had a fantastic stay! I wanted to do a little staycation for my birthday and this hotel makes you feel like you are on a full vacation! The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly personable and attentive. From the luxurious rooms to the excellent dining options (the variety is amazing!!), every detail was perfect. Highly recommend! Am definitely planning to return!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! It is beautiful and so clean but is also SO kid friendly and a perfect place to stay while visiting Disneyland!! The kids loved the hotel for the comfy beds, the proximity to Disney and the amazing view of the Fireworks (SUCH a game-changer not having to stay at Disneyland too late to see the fireworks and then still have to get back to the hotel--it was amazing to be able to see them perfectly in the comfort of our own hotel! The adults loved the hotel for the amazing service, pristine rooms, beautiful common areas and great food (we ordered room service 3 times during our 5 night stay--a perfect way to decompress after loooong days at the parks). Every person who works here was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. This hotel truly made our trip to Disneyland so amazing for our kids and us!! Couldn't recommend it more!
