Staged for one night using Amex fine hotels and resorts booking. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left I felt extremely welcome and taken care of. The Amex benefits were all made availing to me and I was grateful for those but the receptionist who greeted me was the one who event above and beyond. Frankie asked about any special needs and I informed him we had an infant tracking with us. He offered a crib, which we didn’t need because we brought a travel bassinet but also grabbed a stuffed animal to commemorate my daughter’s first hotel stay. He made sure we had bottled water, knew where everything was and answered all questions. Special thanks to Frankie! My room was beautiful, the Amex benefits included an upgrade when available and I was moved to a studio suite. Having an infant traveling with us, the extra space made all the different. As usual the Westin amenities are all top notch and this particular locations proximity to Disney makes it a great option for those looking for a contemporary styled resort hotel near the parks that won’t break the banks the same as some of the more luxurious options inside the Disney grounds. The fitness center is spectacular and the room service food was great too. Enjoyed my stay and will be back!

Best Hotel in the area. A fantastic location with modern, sophisticated, well appointed rooms. Fireworks viewing from the room and concierge lounge were spectacular. It didn’t end there. The staff were helpful and courteous. From the valet, front desk, housekeepers, and lounge attendants. Andrew Alicea ensured our stay exceeded our expectations. We had a great weekend. Whole hearted recommendation from us.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Anaheim again while in town for my birthday. We won’t stay anywhere else in Orange County. It is such a beautiful and clean hotel and the staff is SO courteous. Every time we visit they go above and beyond to make our stay special in some way. They saw that it was my birthday and sent up the most delicious chocolate cake & champagne. The proximity to Disney also cannot be beat. We walked over to watch some live music in downtown & it was so nice to be able to just walk back to the hotel afterwards and not have to worry about parking. We also got to watch the fireworks from our room every night! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. I tell all my friends & family about it every time we stay!!!

I have enjoyed all of the Marriott Family and this place has the kindness and service of a Ritz. Loved this friendly hotel and how close it is to the park. Clean and friendly, service was excellent. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Would definitely stay again!
