Great hotel! Clean and amazing service

Our stay in December 20-24, 2025 was absolutely great! The Westin staff was nothing short of amazing. From the valet, to the bellhops and of course the front desk and cleaning crews, everyone was so pleasant, proactive (we did not have to ask for anything, our needs were anticipated) and just overall on top of everything. The service was impeccable and our family trip was extra memorable because of it

Club Level is top notch!

Great hotel. Stayed there for our Rose Bowl trip and the highlight, by far, was the Club Level amenities. The staff was great, but William really went above and beyond. He is absolutely amazing!

Tourist Trap :: Great location - Terrible Service!

The facility itself is excellent—modern, clean, and well located—but service execution was consistently disappointing and well below Westin standards. Valet: On arrival, it took nearly 15 minutes for valet to acknowledge us while attendants chatted and watched Disney fireworks. On another occasion, despite following their text-ahead instructions, it took over 30 minutes to retrieve our car during a non-busy period. Front Desk / Bonvoy Status: I called ahead knowing we’d be checking in late and traveling with family, having booked two rooms. I requested adjoining rooms and was initially told this could be done for an upcharge. When I asked them to recheck availability based on my Bonvoy status, those rooms suddenly became unavailable. Despite referencing my status and upgrade eligibility for both rooms, we were placed in two separate rooms, on the second floor, with no view at all—both looked directly into a concrete wall. Food & Beverage: On our first night, we were told the bar had a full menu. It took over 30 minutes to be acknowledged and another 40 minutes to receive our food after ordering. Overall: This hotel has the physical assets to be a standout, but valet, front desk, and food service were all poorly coordinated and inattentive. For a Westin—and at this price point—the service gap is hard to overlook. Management and Marriott corporate should take a close look at operational consistency here.

Westin Club Experience in Anaheim, CA

The service was excellent throughout our stay. The Westin Club was especially worth noting. The Club concierge (William Bryant) was extremely personable and attentive to our needs. He made it a pleasurable experience each time we went. Paul Greene

Great stay! We got upgraded to a suite. Room had everything we needed. The Westin Club was great - well-appointed breakfast, William was so warm and personable. Gingerbread house downstairs was cute, and decor was nice. Also like that it had nearby restaurant option downstairs if you wanted to change things up. Definitely going to be our go-to hotel now for Disneyland trips.
