My husband and I recently visited Anaheim for a conference at the Convention Center. We stayed at another hotel as part of the conference, but decided to stay for a few days after the conference to visit Disneyland and relax. For this second leg of our trip, we upgraded to the Westin. First of all, the property is beautiful and as soon as you walk into the lobby you know you are in for a much better stay than other hotels in the area. The finishes are classy and there is an amazing smell like you just walked into a blooming garden. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Javier at the front desk and he was a treasure! He was so friendly and kind. He asked us about our plans and showed genuine interest in making our stay wonderful. The process was short and sweet, but Javier went above and beyond to ensure we were treated like royalty while we stayed. These days excellent customer service is few and far between, so it was such a delight to experience such wonderful hospitality from Javier. Will definitely stay at this location again! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Westin for their beds during our trip to visit Disneyland. The hotel was lovely and new, and overall excellent. Service was top notch. Room was quiet and spacious. The beds are warm and comfortable. We all slept GREAT - the perfect place for recovery after a long day at Disney. Location was as good as you can get, as we were able to walk through the back side of Disneyland. The coffee place downstairs had the most amazing pastries. The only minor con was the breakfast. We booked through AMEX Hotel Collection and received free breakfast, but the staff didn’t seem to know the kids menu - so the kids got something different everyday. We found it odd since we were so close to Disney, but not an issue. Our breakfast was surprisingly mediocre. Many of the reviews are spot on. We would return to this Westin in a heartbeat.

While the room was lovely, what made this visit for me was the Westin Club on the 8th floor. Each morning a kind, outgoing man named William greeted me and assisted me. He made me feel at home. Thanks,William!

Stayed to go to Disney, and enjoyed the hotel so much. 25 min walk to the park gates. Hotel rooms carpet is very plush and soft. The beds were comfortable except they don’t use a fitted sheet so I had to remake the bed for preference. Super clean rooms, provides coffee mugs, wine glasses, drink glasses, Kureig with Starbucks pods. Although I struggled to figure out how to use the machine but overall I could have googled it. The pool is fantastic and heated and the hot is nice. Will definitely stay here again if we go to Disneyland in the future.
