We had a great time. All the staff were helpful. Food options were plenty. Rooms were comfortable. Shaeli helped us arrange for all our rooms to be close by. My family and I really had a great time.

We absolutely love this hotel. We stop by a few times a year, and always have such a wonderful experience. It’s clean, smells nice, is modern and comfortable. The food is great, the service is wonderful. Every single staff member had been so kind. Shoutout to Karen at the concierge who has always been so kind to us. She goes above and beyond and is very cheerful.We love her!! It’s within walking distance to the convention center and Disneyland.

It took me a while to finally sit down and write this review, but after reflecting on how wonderful our stay was, I knew I had to come back and share our experience at the The Westin Anaheim Resort. My partner and I stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon (last of many stops), and from check-in to departure, the experience was truly exceptional. The property is beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we hoped for during such a special trip. What stood out most was the level of hospitality we received throughout our stay. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. I especially wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to Shaeli at the front desk. She was kind, professional, welcoming, and truly made a lasting impression on us. Her hospitality helped make our honeymoon feel even more special, and it’s rare to come across someone who brings such warmth and care to their role. Exceptional service like hers is a huge part of what made this stay so memorable. Our room was comfortable and peaceful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort felt luxurious without losing that welcoming touch. By the time we checked out, we genuinely wished we could stay longer. Thank you again to the entire team at The Westin Anaheim Resort for such a memorable honeymoon experience. We absolutely look forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I stayed at this Westin for our anniversary, and Shaeli at the front desk made our stay truly unforgettable! She went above and beyond to make the experience so special! She even took the time to write us a handwritten card congratulating us on our anniversary! I can’t say enough good things about Shaeli and this property! It’s our favorite place to stay when we visit Disneyland or celebrate special occasions!

The hotel is excellent all the way around. From its vicinity to Disneyland, which we were not here for, to sporting events close by. The staff at the front as well as reception were amazing. Specifically, Tiara, was perhaps one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever run into in any hotel in over 83 countries. What an amazing representative and a great way to start a stay. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, clean and well kept. The design was amazing. We made a great choice in staying here.
