When you leave brand new items in the kitchen in the original box. I find it hard to believe that house keeping did not find them. A brumate wine cooler and 2 brumate winesulator cup. All brand new in original box.Hmm it is very odd not to be found

We loved the Orange Lake. The last time I was here was in 1992 and I loved it then too. My husband, son and my son’s girlfriend stayed a week at the Orange Lake during New Year. Staying in Room 87543. Everything we need was provided from dish washer tablets to Tide Soap powder!! All our needs were catered for. The beds were exceptional, so comfortable. TVs in every room and plenty of hot water. We didn’t use many of the facilities onsite. Mainly because the weather wasn’t great. We did use the gym and the jacuzzi by the pool because it was warm! The only complaint we have is the timeshare staff struggle to take no for an answer. Otherwise a fabulous week in the greatest place on earth!!

Holiday Inn at Orange Lake is excellent. It has great accommodations and is very close by everything you’d need including local attractions.

An excellent resort that offers many amenities and sports including golf, pickleball, tennis, and gym... But don't forget to ask to be located away from the resort's main road, Orange Blvd, because of the cars entering and leaving the property at all times of the day and night! Villa is very comfortable, but the bathrooms are a little old as there is no shower phone on a stick and the water not very strong. Very nice pools (7) including a very long lazy river. Resort very well taken care in general. BEWARE though of the Happy Hour Time as they are not the same all over the resorts and then drinks are very expensive because of the 18% gratuity and taxes included, as well as the food. Nicer and challenging mini-putt outside the resort like the Bonanza a few minutes away and for the same price, if not less. 2 games bought at once will allow you to play on different days if you wish. The parks of WDW very nearby (10-15 minutes) on the 192. So this resort was a very good location for us.

Came here for 8 days 7 nights at a 2/2 villa in west village. My husband kids and I had the best time here. They had three TVs which worked out perfectly for us. The washer and dryer we used a lot. The kitchen and Dinning room also. The kids loved the pools and the heated water. The places we did eat the food was excellent. Drinks for adults were good also. The whole experience was great. Nye my kids enjoyed the fireworks and being in the pool. They also loved seeing the raccoons all around. Yea you have to drive everywhere but that wasn’t an issue for us. Looking forward to future visits !!!
