Holiday Inn staff never disappoint me! Special thanks to Mohhamed Feroz (GM), Jo (Duty Manager), and the many support staff including Makareta, Savu, Farisha, and their many colleagues who go beyond their call of duty to make may stays in Suva memorable on every occasion. This is why I keep going back to Holiday Inn in Suva and elsewhere too! Vinaka vakalevu kemuni!!!

Had a good sleep, but the place was extremely busy. Kind of wish there was another pool somewhere that didn't have 200 people in it. We had a couple of problems that the front desk handled so well. They were very professional, but also helped us have a restful stay.

Fun hotel for the kids... I normally book a stay every year during my daughter's summer break. This time I booked my stay months earlier to get a better deal, but I could not find the confirmation anywhere since I upgraded my phone and apps, so I booked a new reservation with a higher price. Customer service, upon our arrival and check in, found my previous reservation from Expedia and honored the best price. They also let you check in earlier to enjoy the waterpark longer. There are free activities such as movies and pool games to entertain the kids. The only con for me is the lack of healthy foods (sugar free options). Water is overpriced so bring your own bottles or cup! Also, the rooms are clean, pillows and bed are comfortable.

Great resort for families with children. Easy access to water park and quick but good food options. Pool area was kept very clean and staff were pleasant. Biggest negative was the wifi, as it was so slow an constantly disconnected. That's where it lost a star.

I feel the tvs need to be upgraded. Other than that everything was ok. The water should be warmed a little. It was too cold at times for the kids. I've been there a few times and each time it was good. The room was not the size I wanted. We had to compromise
