We are currently staying at this hotel. We decided to make it a nice long trip by booking 14 nights stay! Our first impression was a good one until we got to the pool. First off the rooms are nice but have a bad smell. It’s either the carpets or the water in the taps. Watch out for brown water when you run the bath/shower water. Oh and it may be warm enough to shower in and may not be. Housekeeping comes daily but rarely leave what should be left. No hand towels, floor mat or face clothes until I asked for them a few days in. We have the bunk bed room and they stripped the bottom bunk and left us with no bottom or top sheet, just a thin quilt. I had to call at 10:30pm to get new sheets so I could make the bed. The day we got here we decided to go to the pool. We litterally hadn’t even stepped into it and They closed it for “cleaning” at around 6:30pm and never opened back up (pool is open until 9pm) and by the time we’d been here for 26 hours the pool had been closed 3 times! If the lifeguards even think there MAY be lightening they close it, oddly it’s usually 6-6:30pm. On weekends there isn’t room to move in the pool. They absolutely pack it full! Are you hoping to utilize the mini put? Think again. A day ago when the pool was closed we asked to do the mini put, we were told all of the putters are broken, but we could use our own. lol! Cause we brought putters in our luggage from Ontario Canada. Now for the “resort” fee! $65 PER DAY! For what?! The use of the pool when it’s open? Oh look it covers shuttle service. Oh but only to 2 places! Epcot and Disney. Great. Parking fee of $29 a day is a joke! If you go out for dinner and come back late be prepared to park near some sort of construction that’ll start way before you are even thinking about being awake. Not going to lie, I wish we’d looked at the reviews a lot more before we booked for 14 days.

There was a couple of minor issues but the overall stay was good. A broken light fixture and a couple of board plaints were cracked on the bunk bed.

Everything was clean and comfy in the room. We attended a concert and it was on a rain delay. Came back and parking close to our building was impossible. The Waterpark was a blast and the cocktails were tasty. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

It was great. I love the housekeeping the nice warm place. I love the the system inside as well as Iron hair dryer. Everything was available. I love the idea of having a better brand they use this time. I see that they have improved a lot. Holiday Inn itself is very very plea

The staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly enhanced our stay. They were always available to answer questions and offer assistance. The resort offered a wide variety of activities to keep us entertained. There were also many interesting things to explore in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this resort to others.
