Needs better cleaning in rooms…sticky closet and just didn’t look like it got wiped down. and the pool….trash and beer cans everywhere. And no towels to dry off.

I booked 2 rooms here for my twins birthday one room had no heat and some other stuff that was going on in the room so I called maintenance I had 2 call twice the 2nd time I called the front desk girl got smart with me. So I wait for the maintenance man to come when he came he just came right in the room he didn't knock or say anything I was sitting at the door I reported it to the front desk and they did not do anything just like there security on the property and not only that around 3:00 am everyone got woken up by the fire alarm we was told it was a false alarm if you want to be on a budget t yea you could stay here nice location pools are good staff is good for the most part and the door man MR. Rob was good

Great value . Family enjoyed Flowrider . Rooms are big and very clean . Parking was far from our room. Very nice staff. There is construction going on but not by our rooms .

One of the best stays in Orlando for my family!! Rooms cleans and comfortables!! Service since we arrived was excellent!! Thanks to Juanita and Maria that help us on everything! All the amenities and places to eat inside the hotel is a must! This is an hotel for having good family times and is near everything!! Love it!!
