What stood out to me about my stay was the friendliness of staff. The check in was smooth and the check out as well. I had the best room it was close to the water park ground floor. The room was clean. The atmosphere was great. What made my stay worth it its the professionalism of the staff. Also, Rob the guy would drive the luggage cart was very helpful and pleasant. I think the hotel should add complimentary break for guest. But my stay was great..

Great place to stay and free shuttle to Disney. Rooms were nice with 4 beds, a pull out couch, kitchen, bar and table. Pools and waterslides were nice. ??

This is the worse hotel we have stayed in! We have stayed here previously and it was a good resort but things have majorly changed. We chose this hotel for the pool and waterpark and locality to Disney Springs. The water parks and pool were both shut with no correspondence prior that'll be shut but they still felt it ok to charge you the resort fee. The rooms were very basic, both my children have woken up with bites on their legs and they both got cold with the sheet they got given on the beds. The blankets were not usable with some very questionable stains! We arrived back from Hollywood Studios just after 11pm to find the lobby and hotel in complete darkness, que my two children having a meltdown (they are both autistic) and us having to walk around the property for half hour trying to access our room. We didnt see/find one member of staff in that time to ask for help. The whole resort needs refurbishment, and definitely is not a 4star! Its not worth the money

The pool and hotel were loud and overcrowded. The times they advertised for the pool, water park and putt putt golf were all incorrect. They had posted signs by the front desk with the hours for all the amenities. We tried to play putt putt golf at 9 am, when they opened, only to be told they don’t open til 10. I asked a manager about it, hoping maybe it was just a misinformed high school kid, and they told me they actually wouldn’t open putt putt or the water park til 11, which is 2 hours after the posted times. This place is dated and overpriced for what you get, we will not be staying here again.

11-7-25 - 11-10-2025 AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. They failed to notify guests that the entire waterpark is closed. No waterslides were open. Many other amenities were unavailable (mini golf, pools, waterslides, parking lot, etc.) I received a text a month before our stay stating that one pool would be closed but all other attractions, including ALL WATERSLIDES, would be open. One area was completely demolished and fenced off (mini golf / huge kids play area that showed several slides on the website). We were charged full resort fee, etc. They didn't even notify us at check in that everything was closed. They even told us the water park hours (which obviously didn't apply since it has been closed for massive construction for some time). Absolute dishonesty by this hotel and IHG. IHG has not responded to my concerns despite repeated efforts. Avoid this hotel. Go somewhere that is honest to guests. I'd give a 0 if possible. Sink didn't drain, shady characters loitering by the outside elevators in the middle of the night trying to sell drugs. Only cold water in the shower. Worst mattresses I've ever touched. Parking lot was an absolute disaster with caution tape blocking access and cars blocking in already parked cars due to stuff like shipping containers randomly placed in the parking lot. Just avoid this place. It looks way better on the website than it really is. Food court is nice though. Amazing that the stuff that isn't included in the resort fee (restaurants, arcade, etc.) were open to take more money since you couldn't spend your time enjoying the attractions that were paid for with the resort fee / room charge. Dishonest Hotel / dishonest management / and dirty. We traveled 1000 miles for waterslides and mini golf and received none of what was promised and paid for. We got a hotel in poor condition that had 1 small pool open that calls itself a waterpark. Ridiculous. Clearly dishonest text exchange attached showing the slides were going to be open, then confirming whole water park closed with one small pool open for the entire resort after I checked in.
