Tre Jean was the absolute best. He greeted our family with open arms. He made us feel so comfortable. He was very patient and caring when asking all of our questions. I recommend Tre Jean be the guy that everyone goes to if they are expecting quality service. In addition room service was great. Everyone was pleasant.

Ask about fees prior to arrival. Very costly. Received connecting rooms as requested. That was extremely important. Staff was excellent especially Jermeil. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful throughout our stay. Property was well maintained. Food options are limited (great for kids, not so much the adults). Bedding was comfortable but had to request blankets. Towels were a headache. Had to constantly request more. Family of 6 and only allotted one each.

We were looking for something to fill time before one of the movie showings and so we tried out Family Karaoke at the Celebration Theatre in the Marketplace. Viecka was engaging and so good with the kids for Family Karaoke. She made them feel like stars!

Lange is absolutely amazing! Very entertaining for the whole family. There is something for everyone to do. There is a delay in getting towels and new sheets and not enough for everyone in the room. You will have to call for extra blankets...

Check-in was busy, but fast and easy! TraJean was an absolute delight! He was so friendly and welcoming. The staff got us beach towels immediately. Our room is King with bunks and it’s perfect! It’s a busy place, but the kids are having a blast!!!
