What a disappointment this hotel turned out to be. As with a previous review, the service is woeful. We stayed for 9 nights and EVERY SINGLE NIGHT we had to call because items were not in our room - hairdryer, towels, washcloths, rubbish bins, toilet paper, shampoo etc. The list goes on. Apparently the housekeeping is outsourced - shouldn't be my problem to manage. We went to reception on Day 3. Gaslit by the front office supervisor who told us lack of service happened because we had our do not disturb sign out. Fun fact, we didn't even have one, that was another item missing. Promised calls to see how things were going, never eventuated. BEWARE the $65 PER DAY "resort fee" - the florider didn't work for half the days we were there. Laundry doors didn't lock so we couldn't leave our laundry. The place was dirty. I took photos of cigarette butts on stairs and in doorways every day of our 9 day stay. Never cleaned. Apparently we should have been told at check in that rooms are only serviced every 5 days. We were not told this. They changed the towels every day, but that's it. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours talking all night. I travel a LOT and this is one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. On our last night we received a visit from the housekeeping supervisor, just checking in. He promised to get someone to get in touch with us about all our issues. Home over a week and still waiting. Absolutely and utterly dreadful. I will be in Orlando again next month and will NOT be staying here. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Good place if you have a young family but not if you don't have kids. Hotel is clean and rooms are big but VERY basic and we were VERY disappointed with the services/staff. Check-in took too long. There was no bathmat or hand towels in our room. Toilet is very low, sporadically running and didn't flush well. Toilet paper holder is installed backwards so every time you use it the entire roll comes off. No bathroom fan. Holder for the shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles in the shower was broken so all the bottles were falling out. Tub spigot was loose from the wall. Had the Do Not Disturb sign on door until around 9:30 a.m. Housekeeping never bothered to come back and clean the room once the sign was removed. Had to call the front desk when we arrived got back at 7:30 p.m. to have someone change the sheets that coffee was spilled on in the morning and replenish the coffee pods and towels. They reluctantly sent someone up but they only made up the bed and didn't bother with the other requests. Checkout is at 10 a.m. They will give you a later checkout if they can accommodate. They were knocking on our door at 9:30 Men's bathroom in lobby had raw plywood for a stall wall. On a positive note, the shower pressure and temp were good and the coffee pods were okay too. Water slides and wave runner looked like fun but if the place were to be busy there would be a long wait.

Viecka was an amazing host for the family karaoke night! She was super sweet, brought incredible energy, and made the whole experience so fun and welcoming. She was especially wonderful with my son patient, engaging, and genuinely kind to him. You can tell she truly loves what she does. 10/10 experience across the board. Highly recommend Viecka she brings great vibes and makes everyone feel included!

We walked into the emoji trivia and no body was there but Lange made it super fun and engaging!!! He is such a good person to celebrate and play trivia with. Definitely will come again! He is awesome! ?? ?? He is also a super chill and friendly guy! I recommend him to lead YOUR trivia
