Incredible attention from supervisor Darvis, we were somewhat lost and she helped us with the necessary information to have a good weekend!!

I arrived with my family to the Orlando hotel early in the morning, around 1:30 a.m., on 3/29. The front desk person told me they didn't have the room available that we had booked. So we agreed to stay at a different style of room. When we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned. There were crumbs -- of cheez-its and gummy bears -- all over the floor and on tables. The beds didn't have comforters or duvet covers. When we woke up later that day, I went to the front desk. I told the clerk of our issues, and asked whether we should take our concerns (and photographs) to social media to alert others about the condition of this hotel. She went and talked to what she said was the manager. A few minutes later, she came back and said the manager had agreed to reimburse me 30,000 points for our disappointing stay. Almost three months later, I still haven't received those 30,000 points. I contacted IHG and the hotel twice. Both interactions ended with a promise to follow up and rectify the situation. Nothing of the sort has happened. It's pity, since my interactions with IHG and their properties generally have been great. Just not here. It's a dump. The customer service is lacking and disingenuous. Look past this hotel when considering an Orlando stay, even though it looks great online.

Love this resort . Employees are friendly . We had 2 rooms and very clean. Lots of space, lots of things to do . Watepark is nice and Flowrider is free .
