Showed up at noon but check in is at 4 and we were told that our room was cleaned but needed to be inspected and they would text us when ready (“soon”).Fine with waiting (left hotel and went shopping) but at 4:45 we still had not received a text so went to the desk and they said they still didn’t have our room and offered us a downgrade which we accepted being exhausted and not knowing when they would have a room. New room toilet was clogged and phone didn’t work so used cell phone to call front desk who kept arguing we were in a different room than we were and took them 10 minutes to finally agree to come to the room we were actually in. After an hour in the room, decided to walk around the resort. Got back to our room and cards don’t work. Back to front desk and another 10 minutes of explaining what room we are in and supposedly keys are fixed. Nope. Back to desk again and this time it worked. Also remote didn’t have batteries.Several elevators were down and because it is a water park, there is a musty smell. Room was mostly clean but water damage under sprinklers and garbage in front of fridge. Didn’t get to use pool due to all the issues leaving us too tired (and kids were scared we would get locked out again).

Terrible experience. No response to requests for bedding and crib. Toilet flooded room. Shortage of lifeguards so slides could not open. No monitoring of people vaping and smoking weed beside pool .

This hotel was awful. Hair balls on the carpet in the room as soon as we got there, remnants on the toilet, the floors were so gross, the walkways were nasty, vomit down from our room that stayed for 2 days, the pool was dirty and insanely packed, you had to pay per person for the slides/pool with very limited hours whether you utilized it or not. No parking spots available despite paying for two nights. It was the worst place I've stayed in Orlando.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The suite was extremely clean and very spacious. The queen size mattress was so comfortable. I choose this hotel specifically for the kid pool and slide area. We had so much fun!! Perfect for a family. Really appreciated the free movie theater. We ate pizza from a restaurant in the lobby. Reasonably priced and delicious. Every staff member I saw was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the extreme cost of the arcade. We live an hour away and stayed to give the kids a little staycation. Will be back next summer.
