The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells is undergoing renovations which will affect part of the pool complex. While some of the pool areas will be out for enhancements, the property is committed to providing the same experience.
The resort remains operational, with two-dueling waterslides, a 450 ft lazy river, expansive family pool with Spa, golf, and multiple dining options. Expected completion of room and ground renovations is April 2024 with the Villas and Spa expected to be completed by October 2024.
The lobby is also undergoing renovation. The resort remains operational, with golf, pools, Spa, and multiple dining options available for guest use.
All efforts will be made to minimize guest impact during this time.

My family and I just checked in for a long weekend getaway and wanted to share my feedback on my experiences so far *Positive Aspects: The newly renovated room was impressive, with a spacious bathroom, comfy sofa bed and a lovely Golden Pothos plant adding a nice touch. *Areas for Improvement: Elite Member Check-In: The check-in staff could benefit from additional training in recognizing elite members and proactively explaining the benefits they are entitled to. For example, familiarizing themselves with perks such as the Globalist breakfast, which covers up to 2 adults and 2 children if no club lounge is available, would enhance the guest experience. I mentioned a similar issue last year, and it appears that this area still needs attention. In-Room Technology: I encountered issues with the TV and remote control. Despite calling for assistance, the technician suggested that slow network speeds were the problem, and it seemed a well-known issue already. recommended using Comcast. Unfortunately, I still faced difficulties with streaming services like Disney+, Paramount+, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, as they were unable to load properly. This morning, I would like to send a Kudos to Melissa from Tia Carmen for her excellent customer service in accommodating our special request, and a big thank you to Rocio for her exceptional help in packing our breakfast. Your efforts are greatly appreciated! I hope this feedback helps in improving your services. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Great time celebrating with our family our daughter’s birthday. The water park and pools were wonderful. Plenty of seating and staff were friendly and helpful.
