Only Redeemjng Thing is the Water Park

AlaskansNeedtotravel (Alaska) on Jul 14, 2024

Biggest Attraction is Water Park I booked this as a gift for my daughter-in-law to bring the grandkids here. Coming and going from the main parking lot is literally like being in a sardine can. Tons of people no places to park going around and around in the parking lot till you can find a place in the 115° heat. Now let’s talk about the room, this room is so old and dated there’s no way I would ever stay here, had it have not been for the water park. I will say that it’s clean. I actually did not stay the night here, but I met them here so I was in the room. The room is semi dark and dated, and there’s no microwave. Another annoying feature is that they don’t let you check in until 6 PM, really? You pay top dollar and you can’t check in until 6 PM and check out is 11 and they don’t allow late check out at least right now they’re not allowing it. Next time, I’ll definitely book them another room to come take a little staycation. The waterpark is very nice. Food is absolutely outrageous. I think it said for a piece of avocado toast. It was $19. Any other breakfast do you wanna order is between 25 and $27 like that is insane. We are not eating here, but hopefully their food is good enough to claim that kind of price tag .

It wasn’t as good as the last time we stayed

OnAir21165161624 on Jul 07, 2024

The last time we were here it felt like a resort. This time we felt like it was a place where the public gets to mix with the people who spend $$$ to relax and unwind with their families. Almost seems like Arizona Grand is really trying to get the most $ out of Arizona. We normally stay at the Waldorf Astoria for our end of summer staycation, but we decided to come here, because it was something the kids enjoyed a few years back. I have NEVER waited in line to go Into a water park that was apart of my resort stay ever in my time, and we have explored many resorts. We ended our stay as if it was our last at Arizona Grand, because I believe it will be. You should Absolutely Advertise that you thrive on Resort pass. So those who spend a decent amount understand that they will be sharing the amenities with an abundance of daycation-ers, with no perks to call their own, like early access to the water park or late access even! Other than that, they fireworks were great and the rooms were comfortable

Waterpark Fun!

azangi90 (Safford, Arizona) on Jun 30, 2024

The rooms were clean and comfy, a TV for the kids in the front and a TV in our room also. We stayed here because of the waterpark. A nice staycation! Stay was friendly giving us rides to the park and the wave pool was so fun and refreshing. It was just right for our young kids.

Another great staycation

We’re local so we stay here a few times a year, the property is always clean and has a lot for the kids to do but for me it’s the people that make the difference. The last 2 times we stayed we had Brett Larson from the bell desk helping us out and he hustled a fantastic hospitality professional. Always friendly, even with my crazy kids, super helpful with bags and recommendations and generally just good conversation. The entire staff at the resort is great but I got his name because he stood out so much.

I felt like I was someone special. All staff made me feel like priority. Everyone was soo kind…Thank you all!

While visiting Phoenix, I decided to get some quiet time. This resort is stunning every corner you turn there’s more and more beauty, not only in the structure but in staff as well. Every person I came in contact with made me feel as if I was priority. Lindsey was the manager on duty she made sure I was accommodated in every way. Rivers, the receptionist was extremely kind. I felt she went above and beyond what receptionists do she ordered my food and even delivered it to me at the adult pool that is exclusive and private… for Adults only ahhhh. Oh and my favorite part….Monique!! She was my masseuse, she took the time and effort to make sure I was comfortable her skilled touch worked wonders, I walked out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Her technique was like no other massage therapist I’ve had in the past. She relieved my tension, and immediately I felt the circulation back in my hands. I am truly grateful for the experience I had at the Arizona Grand Resort. I plan on returning ASAP Thanks for everyone’s hard work on making me feel so special.
