We stayed at Arizona Grand for a quick stay-cation. Every staff member was incredibly kind, friendly and accommodating. From the bellman, front desk, Oasis Water Park and room service delivery staff, they all were outstanding! The rooms are nice and spacious but could probably use a bit of a refresh. Maybe not the popular opinion, but a walk in shower would really be nice instead of the standard tub/shower combo. The food and beverages are very overpriced. This was not completely unexpected and we just embraced the ridiculous prices since it was vacation and convenient, but truly the prices are insane! Overall, we had an enjoyable, relaxing stay and will likely consider staying again.

We planed a staycation to surprise our kids to kick off summer. It was an absolutely fabulous weekend! We asked for a suite close to the waterpark and we’re able to get an upgrade in the Sedona building. Highly recommend asking for a room close to the waterpark! Our room was clean and spacious. Things can get pricey if you order all of your meals there so we did bring food and had lunch and breakfast in our hotel room, which was great. Make sure to bring lots of bottled water, there is no water provided for free in the rooms. The waterpark was a blast! In my opinion, one of the better water parks at a resort in the Phoenix area. Hotel staff was very friendly and always happy to help with any request we had. We took the shuttle up to rustlers roost on Saturday night for dinner, which was another hit with the kids. If you are looking for a place to take your family to beat the heat I highly recommend the Arizona grand. We will be back for sure!

We had the most amazing stay at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and you could truly tell they thought of every little detail to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The service was outstanding — every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere all weekend was so fun and family-friendly. The Memorial Day fireworks show was absolutely spectacular and such a special touch, and the DJ brought amazing energy and made the whole experience even more fun. This resort exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! ?????

Believe the reviews when they say this place is not very clean, it’s not. It is quite rundown. I found an old bandaid in the bed which terrible. The bedding had blood stains on it as well. The bathroom is so small it is barely enough room for one person. This place is geared towards families but the bathrooms are so odd I’d hate to be here with family. I came for a conference and the pricing it outrageous. This is not worth the price, it is ridiculously expensive. The hotel needs major upgrades and an updated room design. I only came for the conference, i won’t be back with family. It’s terribly expensive. The only thing giving this place 3 stars is the fact the staff is very nice and helpful. Every staff member you walk by will greet you with a smile on their face that was this places only saving Grace. Stay somewhere else.

We stayed at Arizona Grand Resort recently and had a frustrating experience. Our original room had a leaking toilet, constant noise, and a strong sewer smell in the morning. When we asked the front desk for help, the male staff member we spoke with was not helpful and came across as dismissive. We were given very limited options, and it didn’t feel like our concerns were taken seriously. Overall, the handling of the situation by the front desk was disappointing.
