Location is excellent, very close to the airport. Atmosphere great, layout of property unique. Room was spacious.

Great location and property. A bit worn and dated for the price. Everything is very expensive. A beer is $15. Room smelled musty and air filter very dirty, shower head sprayed different directions, no vent in bathroom. However the layout and size of room was great. Just don’t expect anything super well maintained.

Customer service via text was top notch when dealing with any issues. All were quick resolved. We look forward to coming back for an extended visit

We booked a DELUXE suite for 2 nights. First, they tried to put us in a room that's on a very far side of this HUGE resort, 1/2 mile from all the amenities, such as water park, gym, etc, i.e. when you want to use them, you'd have to order a shuttle or walk half a mile in 100 degree heat, or drive your car, and then spend 40 minutes looking for parking (HUGE resort, but you can barely find spot to park!) So, I asked them to move us closer, they put us in room C160, which turned out to be on the 1st floor corner location right next to the stairs and the main walkway of the building (people walking by your room and above you 24/7) and it felt like a basement because of the "view" of a 10' block wall immediately in front of the window so no sunlight can even get in the room, and the bumpers of the parked cars right above, and bright light that shined into our windows 24/7 so we had to keep the drapes closed during the entire stay! Not a DELUXE feel! Next day, I told them that this is not what we paid for for, fair to say they offered to move us, but to move for one night is such a hassle, so I asked them to just give us a discount on our stay, They refused, told us that we already got discounted rate thru expedia, LIE, we checked, it was the same rate if we booked on their site directly. Instead they offered us "food credit", LIE: I bought a simple yogurt and a sandwich for almost $50(!), they never credited anything. Cleaning service didn't even give us extra coffee or cups for day 2! And even water bottles are not complementary, they are $6 per bottle!! Overall, resort feels CHEAP redneck resort if you can't afford to an actual resort! Water park is overrated, too small for calling it a 'RESORT"! Not enough umbrellas for 120 degree heat! They crammed as many chairs as possible so everybody is sitting uncomfortably close to each other, but how long can you sit in 120 heat without any shade? We went only on the first day, not too many people on the water slide since it was off-season (I've heard that during peak season you'd have to stay in line to get on a slide for 30-40 minutes), but we were done in one hour, you can slide only so many times, then there is nothing else to do. Lazy river is narrow and CROWDED, somebody was constantly bumping into us and the whole loop is done in less than a minute, imagine how crowded it gets during peak season. Location is convenient, I'm sure there are good things about this place, but since we had plans outside of the hotel for the entire two days, we just didn't get to see much positive about it. Beds were comfortable. Parking scarce. Towell plentiful. Food (overly) expensive.

This is a popular resort for conventions. It has multiple pools and water park with slides and a lazy river. The property is very confusing to negotiate as the multiple buildings look alike and it’s easy to lost. The rooms were large with separate living room. I feel the property is a bit tired but offers many large and small meeting rooms and ballrooms. Families will enjoy the water park which closes at 5:00pm.
