Loved the night life and activities throughout the day. Huge tips to Henry and Bryan from the entertainment team. Food was okay for an all-inclusive but restaurants were better. Rooms are decent but pillows are uncomfortable. Really enjoyed the seapro activities.

To start off my experience at Gran Ventana was wonderful because the staff was nice, pleasant and took the time to speak with you. The buffet was good, the food was more on the American side some days. But I like that each day was something different to eat. My issue was with the wifi. WiFi in the room and around the resort was very spotty. Some people had issues connecting to the wifi in their room. I enjoyed the swim up bar and the beach. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Henry and Mario were the best and made my experience amazing!

I highly recommend VH Gran Ventana! My family and I had a great time . The animation team—Carlos, Bryan, and Juan Carlos—were incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great experience. Thank you to the bartender, housekeeper, and staff! :) You all were amazing, hoping to come back!

We just got home from Dominican Republic and had an amazing stay at VH Gran Ventana Beach resort! Outstanding food, spectacular beach and wonderful workers at the resort. I would like to say a special thanks to the entertainment team especially to Carlos!! He was exceptional and made us so welcome. Every morning, he did water arobics, during the day he involved everyone to play games and at night he was dancing. Carlos made everyone special. My 14 year old daughter said that this is the best vacation! Thank you so much Carlos!! We will be coming back and hoping to see you again! Canadian family!

I had the best time with my family of 21 people! Sunny days, amazing food but what made the trip even better, was my man, CARLOS from the entertainment team. Always funny, always good with my 6 kids, amazing dancer!! Thank you to all the bar tenders and all the Bella señoritas!!
