Spent 9 days at this resort. Staff were friendly (majority) and attentive. Food was very reasonable and was tasty. Room was OK and well maintained. Drinks fine (usual). Beach is clean however it’s not too big. Beach bar, sadly a nightmare at a times not because of the worker, he was always doing his best but because he fact he works alone the whole time and sometimes you had to wait half hour to get your drink because of the lineup, honestly walk a bit and go to the pool bar much faster! Entertainment, not the best, I can’t understand how come in a Spanish speaking country we only heard English music (I’m not Spanish however I love the Spanish music and in my opinion is more appropriate). Afternoon and night shows/entertainment was poor but for me that I don’t care about it was not an issue. Overall I liked and recommend.

If you go to this resort make sure to do the bingo with Isaac! He gave us an amazing time with the animation and the crazy games by the pool were so fun! The beach is amazing with all the fishes!

Gran Ventana feels like home. The staff so friendly and the food is always fresh! Great activities during the XMAS holidays, everyday merengue, aqua classes and zumba, especially the classes with Svetlana from nrg2go! The beach is beautiful and clean. Everything about this resort is AMAZING! We can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay a Gran Ventana. 14 days of sun and a great fun. We had the Premium package that was best choice. It included private Beach area and access to the Vintage Club, which we enjoyed a LOT. Big shout out to team at Vintage club. The Vintage club is so cozy. Best drinks! We loved the private Beach area! Great work from the Beach team! We had two rooms; one facing the pool which was excellent and another was not as good, facing a neighbour property, there was scent of mould in the room. On our time at GV we enjoyed the entertainment team that every day had a LOT of fun activities; pool airobics, crazy games, dance lessons, silent disco (we loved it!) etc etc! The were very Engaged in getting the guest included and involved in activities. We could not had more fun on our vacation! Big shout out to Carlos ( love the dance moves; you are a professional and have a great energy) , Yurei (thanks for pool airobics, nice and inclusive energy, enjoyed the bacchata; love the dance moves) Iisac (great dance lesson) and the others that we did not learn the names of! We will be back!

This hotel was a great experience for our entire family. We absolutely loved the food and drinks as well as the service at all the restaurants. The pool was great and the property was clean and well maintained. The best part of our trip was Jesse, the activities host who not only entertained us throughout our trip, but he took the time to talk with us and made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. You have a true superstar with him at that hotel and we would definitely say that he made our stay there feel special. Can't wait to return!
