The hotel it’s so wonderful, the staff great service , specially the entertaiment Team, Jesse the new manager it’s so kindly and helpful also love to hear feedback from the guest… Great team.. we will comeback soon again

The VH Gran Ventana has stood the test of time! It has been extremely well maintained, and is every bit as beautiful and enjoyable as when we first came here 23 years ago! The beach is incredible, the staff, the food, and the general aura is peaceful and happy! Our maid for the full month was Yaniris, she did a wonderful job and made us feel very welcome!

WOW Another amazing trip to Gran Ventana.. As repeat clients we got a tshirt and a nice private buffet with music in the Italian a la carte.We took VIP and loved the beds and chairs on the beach. They would bring towels and mattress as soon as they saw us. Aqualino and Jose are great bartenders and servers on the beach. In bufet was Adrian and enrique. They can't move fast enough. Had the room we asked for too. Thanks Marcos and thank you to Oscar the MAnager for everything.. Can't wait to go back next year. Nancy and Mike from Montreal Canada.
