The best part of this hotel isn’t just the hotel itself but the people. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the hotel, but the staff in general truly stood out. They were welcoming, caring, humble, and honest. A big shoutout to the entertainers John, Brian, Henry, and Carlos—talented individuals who bring great energy wherever they go.

Had the best time at the resort. Just got back. Book the Royal package and you won’t regret it. Best thing we did. Felt like Royalty. Food was amazing. Feed my little white and orange cat some chicken please. He is so sweet. Got the adjoining balcony with friends that we went with. Great view. 2301&2302. Entertainment at night was always fun. Restaurants were so good. If anyone complains about this place they have issues with life and feeling over privileged. ?? Henri, Carlos and Bryan were awesome always entertaining us. Lucas and others at the beach bar with the Royal Package were amazing always getting us food and drinks to our chairs. If someone made me say what I didn’t like it would be that I missed my dogs and my bed and my kids. ??

The resort was impeccable. The entertainment was the best part of the trip by FAR! with people who know how to make everyday special for their guests. Henri & Carlos & Bryan made our trip. The attention to detail is seen in all aspects with different activities hourly which made our trip very special. I can’t wait to come back in March again!

Our stay was lovely... It was our first time in Dominican and this is the best decision we made.. Gran Ventana is a family oriented, very clean resort and the best part is the beach and the food... You won't get bored there as they are so organized. The entertainment is the best.. Carlos and Henry are the best, they will treat you as family.
