Great couple vacations

My wife and I recently stayed here and had an amazing experience! The beach, the accommodation, and especially the animation team (from different nationalities) were absolutely wonderful - their energy and enthusiasm made our stay truly unforgettable.

The resort needs some attention, dark stairwells and paths on one side appeared well lite on the other. Lobby always in darkness also. The floor in the buffet extremely slippery asa well as around pool when wet. Both very dangerous, I fell by the towels and really hurt my back. The front desk no help, did report to air transat rep, email sent no reply. Apparently customer concerns and attention there also requires work. Rooms were nice, housekeeping was decent, did need to call for towels 4 times in a 2 week period. Absolutely amazing Christmas and New Years, definitely alot if effort and well done. Beds okay, beach okay. Unfortunately the weather was not good, rained every day and some days never saw sun but it was warm. The pool needs a good a scrub, I saw them everyday clean and chlorine it but needs to be deep cleaned. The smokers need an area and that enforced, they are everywhere and no respect to nonsmokers. Smoked in the pool! The loungers are not at all comfortable and made more bearable with a self inflatable pad. All in all I may return but not sure, as I didn't get a reply to my email and customer service is important.
