Perfection

We had our third visit in December. We cannot get enough. From our arrival at the airport, bus ride and arrival at the hotel absolutely fantastic. Service is flawless, hotel is everything you could ask for, buffet always delicious with so many choices. Staff is so accommodating, and very friendly. The grounds are meticulous, the beach is wonderful. Always clean, no vendors and able to take long walks in both directions. There is always something to do if you wish. Or just relax by the pool or on the beach. Entertainment in the evening is awesome. Something for everyone. We are returning again in February, (our fourth visit)the countdown is on. We are already planning our next visit for December. No need to experiment with new places, when Viva has everything we could need. It’s like our second home.
Food Poisoning
niagarafallslouie (Niagara Falls) on Jan 17, 2025
My husband and I both had food poisoning at the a la carte restaurants...Fusion and Sea Food. They need to take the Gordon Ramsey's Safe Food handling course 101. It was very clear that this was not a flu bug, it was food poisoning. Needless to say, we did not go to our third a la carte restaurant. Stuck with the buffet and avoided all sea food. The resort knew we were ill and really did not care. The buffet food was very good. Rooms were nice and clean. Not likely to go back to the Viva V in Samana.
