Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm is not beachfront however there is shuttle service on demand that runs daily from 9am to 6pm. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, a selection of beverages and cold snacks are available at the beach however due to unforeseen circumstances, shower facilities and rest rooms are temporarily unavailable and guests will need to return to the hotel to use these facilities.

Great service and value

Great service, staff were very friendly and location was ideal. Hugo and Davíd at the pool bar were incredibly attentive. Carts going to the service entrance had us up between 1-5am on a couple nights. Pillows were chunks of foam stuffed into a pillow case till they were a solid tube. Ended up just not using a pillow. Would definitely return for the service and value alone.

So grateful to the wonderful kitchen staff for taking excellent care of my dietary needs. Making sure I had my vegan beans and tortillas was so wonderful . The serving staff was always going the extra mile. Thanks Alfredo Bobadilla. Wonderful spa services as well. Magical place to get a message. Mucho Gracias ??????
