Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm is not beachfront however there is shuttle service on demand that runs daily from 9am to 6pm. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, a selection of beverages and cold snacks are available at the beach however due to unforeseen circumstances, shower facilities and rest rooms are temporarily unavailable and guests will need to return to the hotel to use these facilities.

Absolutely amazing experience! 100% recommend!

We had an amazing time at Sabores de Mexico restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and very authentic! Alfredo Bobadilla our server was very professional, attentive and delivered the food in a timely manner. He’s was very polite and welcomed us with a warm smile which made our experience very delightful. We definitely recommend visiting the restaurant, you won’t regret it.

We didn’t stay at this hotel because of the poorly treatment that me and my family received. The front desk named Alondra was so RUDE to me and my family. There was a misunderstanding and instead of trying to help us out she was rolling her eyes, making fun of me, it was completely out of line! And they charged us for the night and we didn’t even stay, I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone and no one has contacted me back. SO Frustrating and Disappointing!!
