Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm is not beachfront however there is shuttle service on demand that runs daily from 9am to 6pm. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, a selection of beverages and cold snacks are available at the beach however due to unforeseen circumstances, shower facilities and rest rooms are temporarily unavailable and guests will need to return to the hotel to use these facilities.

We stayed here for 8 days and we had a phenomenal time here. The staff here are really friendly and do their best to accommodate the guest's needs. Yessica, the omelette cook memorized my partner's dietary restrictions and made her orders accordingly. Juan, the buffet server is quite attentive by remembering us and our drinks preferences. Alfredo, the restaurant server is amazing. Not only did he memorize my partner's dietary restrictions, he made sure to find other foods to serve her that would be different each day. On Thurs evenings there is a seafood night and Sat evenings they have a Mexican night where it is a big buffet with live music, be sure to schedule your meal time there.

We had the pleasure to stay at the Hacienda for our second time. The food was excellent. The staff are all super nice and as a tourist, we felt welcomed and certainly valued. I would recommend this place any time to anyone. We are looking forward to book another vacation at the Hacienda. Thank you so much for having us.
