Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm is not beachfront however there is shuttle service on demand that runs daily from 9am to 6pm. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, a selection of beverages and cold snacks are available at the beach however due to unforeseen circumstances, shower facilities and rest rooms are temporarily unavailable and guests will need to return to the hotel to use these facilities.

The service at the restaurant was great service and food . Cozy place not crowded, very clean. Alfredo was very polite and his attentive . The food was excellent a three courses meal. Every meal with the right portions. Definitely recommend

The efficiency and friendliness of the staff is top notch. The ambience is that of a charming old time Mecican Hacienda. The rooms are older but cool and clean. The one heated pool is kept clean and there are separate areas to swim. There seemed to be enough sun chairs for people wanting to use them. The Hotel has a laid back atmosphere w/ alot of families and senior travelers. The bus stop is only a block away and is an inexpensive option (10 pesos) to find your way to the Malecon or the Romantic Zone etc. Taxis are also plentiful. This hotel is not ocean front. The beach is about 2 blocks away. If you don't want to walk or are unable a shuttle will take you back & forth. Here you will find another bar and adequate lounge chairs ocean side. The vendors will approach and try to sell their wares. They are respectful and will leave you alone w /just a shake of your head or no gracious. The only draw back is that there are NO bathrooms at the beach area. Also no luch foods vailable. Snacks were popcorn & chips.
