4th visit to Mousai and will be back! Phenomenal service, beautiful room, and the Rooftop Pool Experience is unmatched !!! Pictures do not do it justice ! Special mention to our Rooftop Pool Staff on South Tower … Eduardo, Allen, Antonio, and Gerardo ! These guys were absolutely the best .. attentive, personable, polite, and anticipated our every need. These guys are what separates Mousai from anywhere else we’ve stayed!! Octavio our personal concierge was also very attentive !

The property was beautiful! Our room was phenomenal with a jacuzzi on our patio overlooking the ocean. Our concierge Itzel was so kind and accommodating. Our butler Humberto was very attentive after giving a little feedback. Our spa experience was the best I’ve ever had. From the hydrotherapy to our couples massage. 10/10!

We were supposed to go to Costa Rica but our flight from Montreal to Liberia got canceled the day of departure because of the storm Sara . Very disappointing. We had a couple of hours to pivot quickly and book a plan B on the pacific side to have the great weather on our side. We booked this trip to puerto Vallarta Mousai Hotel and had no idea what to expect. Wonderful experience. Best in class customer service all over. Incredibly kind, thoughtful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a memorable experience. Additionally it feels genuine and authentic and the happiness from the staff is palpable. Special thank you to Gerardo Hernandez who graciously delivered our room service breakfast - very kind, positive energy, professional and always smiling. Great way to start the day :) We also really enjoyed the morning kayak tour (where we saw whales, turtle, stink ray, etc), paddle board and snorkeling equipment available and taken care of by Tito - very kind and passionate. Big thank you. Playing tennis (or pickle ball) in the middle of the tropical forest is worth mentioning and the stunning view from balcony is breathtaking. If you are scanning trip advisor comments because you hesitate booking, don’t. Highly recommend, wonderful vacation time is coming your way!

We had a lovely dinner at Hiroshi, Diego Silva and Irving Navarrete were our servers, they were lovely and the food was delicious, and so were the drinks. We can recommend the food and drinks and the service is really sweet and nice. Thank you ????

The service, food, and accommodations at Hotel Mousai is top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Alonso and Omar at the pool. They were very custom service oriented, and made us feel special at all times. We can’t wait to return to this amazing paradise.
