The food was absolutely amazing. Luis kevin cristo javier and carlos were super nice and helpful. More than anyone Im grateful to Yan for her kind and warm welcome, truly exemplary!

Always love our stay here. The view is amazing!! Ricardo was excellent at the South tower rooftop. Very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed all the restaurants with Hiroshi being our favorite. Miguel takes great care of us at Hiroshi while adding some humor too. Greta is a wonderful butler paying attention to every detail. Can’t wait to go back!

While visiting Garza we had the chance to see our old friends and make new ones at the best luxury hotel in Mexico! Greta, while not our butler on this trip always takes care of us and is like family! Miguel (both of them!) and Alejandro at Hiroshi are the best waiters and Hiroshi is our favorite restaurant on 6 continents. They even prepared our fresh catch from a day of sport fishing! Our new friend Ricardo at the south rooftop pool is a wonderful addition to the pool concierge team and you can tell that Omar was his mentor as their service, attitude, friendliness and warmth are contagious. We can’t wait to come back!! See you in 2026! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Ricardo is the Mousai South Tower pool manager and so amazing at his job. He is warm, welcoming, keeps his guests safe, humored, and well taken care of! He knows every inch of shade and sunshine that will land on any given area of the pool as if it were his children. He is a joy to see every day of our visit and Im excited to have our friends be cared for when we return to Mousai next. Ricardo is a bright start in a jewel of Vallarta!

Hotel, food and hotel staff are incredible. I feel like a queen every time I come. Ricardo at the pool and Jasmine at the beach sports are the best. They have a greate demener and beautiful smile that makes you feel welcome.
