This was our 10th time at Garza Blanca/Mosai. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with family and friends. We got a coordinator that set up a ceremony at the beach and then a reception at one of the venues inside the resort. Diego our concierge for Mosai and Diana our concierge at Garza continue to exceed all of our expectations every time we go there. They are attentive, helpful and make sure our experience is the best. We just came home after 10 wonderful days and about to book the next one. Thank you to all the staff at the resort.

Had dinner at Noi Italian restaurant, and both dinner and personnel were great. Outstanding service from Pilar, Karen and Alonso. Very accommodating and courteous. Great work!!

I was here for a group event end of Feb first of Mar. The property was beautiful. The staff could not have been any better. We felt very safe. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay is excellent and you are not wanting for anything. My liaison Cynthia in group Events went above and beyond in assisting me in rescheduling our group due to a snow storm. We were very grateful for their willingness to reschedule. Our butler Greta provided superior care when assisting with our scheduling and made sure we were taken care of like family. The spa services were excellent and the massages were some of the best I have ever had. Every staff member we encountered were helpful and friendly. They could not have been more welcoming. The rooftop staff for pool services and food were amazing. The food throughout not only the roof top but entire property was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Antonio Angel at the rooftop, Miguel in the lobby, Rafael and Cesar and the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing! It wasn’t about the service that was amazing but the personal interactions made the trip special. We talked with them about the life here in Vallarta and our life back home. This was just everything. Thank you to the staff
