Trip of a lifetime

Absolutely incredible trip. We have been to all inclusive resorts before but nothing compares to Hotel Mousai. We attended a wedding and everything from the room, to the staff, to the food were top notch. There was no need for us to leave the resort. We will absolutely be back.
Mousai Puerto Vallarta :Hard to beat

We recently spent a week in an ultra suite , south tower. From our immense terrace , we could admire the ocean, the gardens and the jungle:hard to beat. It was our first time in an all inclusive hotel therefore we cannot compared with others. However we sail from 2 to 4 times a year on 6 stars expedition or cruise ships and can affirm that food and service both are superior at Mousai. Mousai is all about details and the more you look, the more you can appreciate We tried every restaurant and all of them were excellent: food presentation, quality of the ingredients and succulent taste. Our preference went for Hiroshi at dinner and The Terrace at breakfast The place we enjoyed most was the roof top, north tower. Claudia does a fantastic job to make guests happy there. Talking about the staff, every one we encountered would deserve to be mentioned, what a great job they do. I will only name one : our butler Gustavo, very professional, attentive and also funny. Some members of the staff even tried their French to speak to us or wrote us notes in French, it was very appreciated. I would say the highlight of my stay was the 90 minute Diamond facial .Wow , so relaxing and with tangible results.Carmen , the therapist has magic hands .The hydrotherapy circuit that preceded it was both soothing and fun.The view from the relaxing area and the pampering we get are amazing I just went over my review and see that i use quite a few superlatives, that is how i feel about Mousai: a top hotel experience G.C.,Montreal.

We were here with a large group for a business trip. Vianey made our visit wonderful! While at the pool, she was friendly, personable, and remembered our names from day to day. Thank you, V! From your friends in Michigan, USA. You are a rockstar!
A Disappointing Stay at a Once Magical Place
Annie S on Jan 10, 2025
We’ve loved this hotel for years, staying here multiple times and always bringing friends to share in the magic. It’s been our go-to place for creating unforgettable memories, and we’ve proudly introduced others to what we considered a true gem. But this time, we are heartbroken. The service and room quality have fallen so far from the high standards that made this property special. Instead of the luxury and impeccable care we’ve always experienced, we were met with disappointment—something we never expected from what used to feel like a Triple Five Diamond hotel. It’s sad to see such a once-iconic property lose its high-end customer service and the charm that kept loyal guests coming back time after time. We hope the magic can return, but for now, we leave feeling embarrassed for recommending a place that no longer lives up to its legacy.
Great experience overall!

Spent 6 nights at Hotel Mousai for our honeymoon over new year's eve. We loved everything about this hotel! It was just the right amount of guests (busy but not crowded), the 5 restaurants were all excellent, staff very friendly and attentive, ultra suite room was amazing, spa was very good, and the gym is large and nice. We had no desire to leave the resort. We went on both of the hikes and those were fun as well. It's adults only but also part of Casa Garza which is a larger hotel with more pools if you want to use those areas. I only had 2 small negatives. The staff responds much better in person than via email or phone. Got no responses to email before we left and even though they tell you to reserve dinner before you go, doing that was difficult - website didn't quite work and via phone was challenging. Once there, if you call for something to be brought to your room it's probably not going to happen. Our butler was able to take care of those things though. Without a butler that could be an issue. The other problem was the AC shuts off at night - wake up hot and have to turn it off and on to get it back. It's right next to the bed so that was easy but it was annoying. Overall this is the best all-inclusive we've ever stayed and we will definitely be going back!
