Ricardo and Raphael served us virtually every day on the rooftop bar and restaurant. Amazingly attentive to our every need the food and drinks were wonderful. A great job.

Ricardo greeted us each morning at the pool with our chairs towels and ready for us to sit Always very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean very nice all very well stocked daily. Great turn down and made service. They came while we were at dinner so they were very unintrusive. Greta was our butler. She was excellent couldn’t ask for anybody friendlier or more willing to help, she made our life very simple, one message to her and everything was ready for us.

This was our 6th time at Mousai. As always, the hotel and staff were wonderful. The new chef at Hiroshi is outstanding and the newest addition Misika is amazing. We finally made it to Karuma this time and the steak was exceptional. Everything about this place is magical. The spa is 5 star. The only down side is there is not much of a scene at night, maybe they should keep the pools open longer. Lastly, OMAR IS THE BEST AT THE NORTH TOWER POOL!!!! PLEASE MAKE HIM A MANAGER ASAP!!!!

We had a wonderful time. Staff at the restaurants, shops, and pool were AMAZING! Gets 4 stars rather than 5 because we were invited to and submitted inquiries before traveling, regarding transportation to/from the airport and spa appointments, and got no responses. Phone calls didn’t work either. Also, when we arrived after a long day of traveling, and just wanted to get upstairs and then down for dinner, we got an orientation that was mainly a sales pitch about becoming an elite member instead of a full orientation about the property and amenities.

We had a fabulous experience at Hotel Moussai. We had corner rooms in the North Tower and they were huge and wonderfully appointed. We had an enormous deck with a hot tub, sofa, and hammock. Beds, linens and towels were perfect. We also loved the automatic shades and curtains. Shoutout to Nevay Alcaraz, who kept our room impeccable, morning and night. Although it was holiday time, the place never felt congested. The pool staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially loved interacting with Felix, Omar, and Gabriel at the rooftop pool--they made our stay extra special. The food in the restaurants is next-level, best resort food we have ever had. Our favorite was Noi; we ate there for breakfast and dinner every time. We especially appreciated Pilar, Claudia, Edgar and Christian, who gave us fabulous service. Dao was another favorite. We all had massages from Naomi and Christina at the spa, which were incredible. A couple of tips: although the hotel is called an all-inclusive, merely making the reservation for the rooms does not get you the all-inclusive food and beverage package--that must be purchased separately from the reservation and it's best to do it before you arrive. We found it well worth it. Also, it's a good idea to make restaurant reservations before you arrive. All in all, our five days at Moussai were the most relaxing and luxurious experiences we've ever had at a resort, and we can't wait to come back.
