Check in was fine. They dont explain anything about the resort and just point you to a QR code to figure it out. Rooms were old but clean ( we had a full kitchen in ours) . The walls are very thin so I recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Pools were nice and there were always lots of chairs at the family pool. The adult pool filled up early and fast. Beach is nice. There seems to be a wedding nearly every day so they squish everyone on one side of the beach and it can be challenging to find a seat. There are plenty of vendors as well. Food was good. None of us went hungry but booking the ala cartes is next to impossible. I asked the consierge for help but they were zero help. I found the bar staff catered to the locals and it didn't seem to matter where you were in the line up . If you didn't speak Spanish you were served last. ( yes I tipped). I also would have liked to see the foam party accessible to everyone and not just the adult pool. I think the kids would have enjoyed it. We had a good time but I wouldn't go back .

We felt right at home with the staff especially the Entertainment team . Special shout out to Anahi, Salvador,Angel Friendly, always a smile and a good thing to say.brightened our day and trip. Already planning to go back.
