The resort in general is very good. The staff are pleasant and the resort is very clean. The beds are comfortable and our room was made up everyday. The meals were very good also. The beach is wonderful to walk on and you have many choices of massage huts. I would recommend a massage on the beach I would however not purchase the Altitude upgrade again. We did not get very much for the price. Only perk was being able to book our restaurant choices for the week. The alcohol was not top shelf and we noticed people tipping the bartender and getting the so called top shelf alcohol.

My wife and I arrive at the resort around 5:30pm. When we arrive, the check in customer service representative took a while to find our reservation. When he found it, he sent us to the concierge rep. desk. After approximately an hour we got our room. We went down to our room and we noticed they had given us a room with two full size beds and the reservation I had was for a king size bed. I brought the concern to the concierge, and he gave us another room with king bed and the room was not ready, not clean, no utensils, no microwave, and the room smelled like sewer. I went back to the front desk to ask to put us back to the original room. At this time, was already 9:00pm and we were very tired and all we wanted to do is rest. After going back and forth, we went back to the original room (with two full size beds). Another problem we had was that because we didn't get the presentation and not purchased the all-inclusive, we were not allowed to eat at any restaurant or buy drinks at bars or pool area. I strongly believe that all above restriction should be display on reservation policy prior to making any reservations.
