Beach volleyball could’ve been better but overall very good

Anahi and angel were perfecto, wish there was more beach volleyball but over very good! Louis and Omar fantastic,Damien very funny, Raphael good guy not so good at volleyball but better guy

Food is amazing , staff Anahi , angel and Damian are awesome, à la cartes are great, lack of back volleyball is dissatisfying

Old hotel, needs to renovated. no ice machines, couldn't get a face cloth or hand towel, no Kleenex in the room. Room wasn't cleaned until after 2 pm. Only three bottles of water a day and if you asked for more you were told no. Asked for an bucket of ice brought to room; never did show up, so no room service I guess. The a la cart restaurants weren't available for Friday and Saturday night. And Mexican a la cart didnt open until 4 days into our stay. Communication or updates were not reliable. Entertainment was lacking and loud. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

We had an excellent time at the Krystal with our family One of the highlights was how well we were treated by America and Alejandro for our morning breakfast. Great service and great personalities. They made our trip so special. Thank you
A memorable anniversary

Oscar Rivera served us and went above and beyond. So friendly and professional. It was our anniversary and he really spoiled us with champagne and a "happy anniversary" cake, which was totally unexpected.
