Wonderful resort but not the best beach. Service and ambience were great. Not all restaurants were open everyday, a little disappointing. Room was clean and properly serviced everyday. Very happy experience overall. will definitely visit again. Ricardo , the butler, at Preferred club and Cynthia, F&B manager, were extremely helpful.

Our whole stay was awesome. The food was great, pools and ocean were amazing and the staff was excellent, especially our butler, Noemi. She answered all of our questions and handled any requests quickly, making our stay much more relaxing. 10/10

Wonderful staff at the Dreams made our vacation extra special. We stayed in the Preferred Club section. It really is worth the extra. Noemi was our butler and looked after our family with excellent service. Noemi kept in touch on whatsapp and provided daily information on restaurants and anything else we needed. She made sure my Birthday was extra special. The Preferred club is great if you have children. It is a smaller building, no waiting for the elevator. You check in here as well, quick and easy. They have a small buffet in the lobby where you can get a bite to eat anytime. There is also a bar on the second floor open till 11 p.m. every day. The restaurants are all very good. Our favorite was Bordeaux the French restaurant (adults only). Tamarindo the Mexican was great. Flavor of the day Margaritas were tasty and they have a special kids menu .... the kids loved the spaghetti and meatballs! Barefoot Grill, poolside serves chicken fingers and fries, burgers, pizza and hot dogs which the kids loved for lunch. The kids loved the pools especially the waterslide. There is a life guard on duty at the pool most of the day. The beach is small and cleaned every morning , there are a few rocks but it was okay for swimming. There is a safety rope marking the swimming area. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

The seven course meal in the kitchen was the best experience! Staff was out of this world. The hotel was great! We will be back.

Staff was amazing. Resort was very clean. Food was amazing. The buffet was actually my FAV. Great, fresh food everyday! Room decorated and bottle of champagne for my 50th. Highly recommend!
