We loved the resort, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Our room was great, we had the swim out which was totally worth it. The resort itself was set up really nicely, all the pools were fun, the slide was especially fun for my 7-year-old! Also as a parent, needing to stay in the little kid pool, I was really happy that there is a little bar right next to it so I could still order drinks and drink them while watching my kid. It was really family friendly and I never had any staff tell us we couldnt do something. They even let my 7 yr old daughter have her drink in the pool which I just thought was really nice. Everyone was really easy going. We rented the ocean front cabana with private plunge pool and that was an incredible experience, I would highly recommend it! It was so fun and relaxing, and the service was awesome! They will take your order and bring you food and drinks right to the cabana! The food I would say was pretty meh. There were some good options, The burgers were good, the Mexican food restaurant was decent, and there are plenty of options for eating, everyone will be able to find something they like. Overall it was a great trip!

Spent 10 days at resort with family! Had 2 rooms so the cost was super high. Very disappointed in the quality of food.

We stayed on the Dreams side, overall impressed with pools, location, food and staff. The last day we did the VIP access to Secrets side and the service was on the next level. Also preferred the pool layout on Secrets side. The pool staff kept the drinks flowing before we could ask, also they brought us drinks in pool so we didn't have to swim over to bar. The Barefoot Grill had a better selection on Secrets side. Overall really enjoyed the resort. We even walked into downtown and Mallacon area about a 20 minute walk.
