We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and wanted to give a huge shoutout to some of the incredible staff who made our vacation truly special. Poala in the Lounge: Poala provided truly attentive and friendly service in the Lounge. She was always prompt, cheerful, and made sure our drinks were exactly how we liked them. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor really elevated our experience in the evenings. Armando and Hugo in the Buffet: Armando and Hugo were fantastic servers at the Buffet. They worked incredibly hard to keep the dining area running smoothly, and despite how busy it could get, they always took the time to check on our table with a smile. They were quick to clear plates and refill drinks, making every meal a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Poala, Armando, and Hugo, for your outstanding work! You are all tremendous assets to the Dreams Vallarta Bay team. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is the 2nd time staying at this resort and we plan to come back again. Although it is an older resort we have been happy with every aspect of this resort, from it’s location close to the malacon, the restaurants and great food to the cleanliness. The friendly helpful staff were all amazing, Alejandro and Max at the breakfast buffet, Francisco at Capers, Joel in entertainment, and Edgar, Alvaro, and Hugo around the pool all are outstanding at their respective jobs.

Everything was great for our stay for our daughter's wedding and family gathering. Lots of great food options and entertainment. Many pools to choose from and playing in the ocean was a treat. All staff were amazing and so polite. Super comfortable and a great destination for the whole family. We hope to come back!

We stayed in the preferred suite with our two kids and had an amazing time! We absolutely loved the convenience of the all-inclusive and the food at all the restaurants did not disappoint. The kids LOVED the pool bar and grill. My daughter played in a golf tournament while we were there at El Tigre, she took second place and the staff sent her a congratulations dessert. It was so special and unexpected?? Another perk of all-inclusive..our Butler was so friendly and helpful when I needed to find some supplies fort my sick baby. We will be back next year!

We had an thanksgiving stay at Dreams Resort. Every staff member made us feel welcome from the start. The spa was incredible with some of the best massages we’ve ever had. We loved the beach dinner, which felt truly special and romantic. Entertainment wasn’t quite geared toward younger couples, so next time we’d choose the Secrets side. Also, if you’re an LGBTQ traveler, this is a very inclusive, welcoming space where you’ll be treated wonderfully. Overall, the experience exceeded all expectations and we’d happily return.
