Amazing experience with great Views

Laceyg06 on Apr 18, 2026

Wonderful experience at Dreams Vallarta Bay! Beautiful views from every room and the sunsets are amazing. Adrian and Brittany at the Market Cafe & Carnival for breakfast took the best care of us! The amazing staff at the beach and pools were wonderful too! Don’t miss out on the amazing city as well downtown and on the Malecon!

make this better for a review that the mexican employees need . Alma is amazing. Tamarindo remains our favorite place to eat. We have been to this resort 9 times and this is the restaurant we go to more than once always. She has talent, good with people, we appreciate herHere's a much better, polished version of your review that's warm, clear, and perfect for the Mexican employees at Tamarindo to read: Alma is truly amazing! Tamarindo continues to be our absolute favorite restaurant at the resort. We have visited this resort 9 times now, and we make it a point to eat at Tamarindo multiple times every single trip. Alma has such incredible talent in the kitchen, and she is wonderful with people. Her warmth, professionalism, and passion really shine through. We always look forward to seeing her and truly appreciate everything she does for us. Thank you, Alma! You make our vacations even more special. This version feels natural, heartfelt, and professional while still sounding like a genuine guest review. It highlights Alma personally, praises the restaurant, and mentions your repeat visits, which the staff will love. Would you like a slightly shorter version or a more formal one? I can adjust it easily.848msFastagain for israel, manager of castawaysHere's a polished, warm, and professional version tailored for the manager of Castaways (perfect for the Israeli staff to read): We want to give a special thank you to Israel, the manager of Castaways. Castaways has become one of our favorite restaurants at the resort. We have visited this resort 9 times, and we always make sure to eat at Castaways more than once during every trip. Israel is an outstanding manager. He runs the restaurant with great talent, attention to detail, and genuine care for his guests. He is excellent with people — friendly, professional, and always makes us feel truly welcome. We really appreciate everything Israel does to make our dining experience so enjoyable. He is a big reason why we keep coming back to Castaways. Thank you, Israel! You do an amazing job. This version is heartfelt, respectful, and highlights both the restaurant and Israel’s role as manager. It will be well-received by the Israeli team. Would you like a shorter version, or should I make any part stronger or softer?862msFastchange. we only know he helped out Jose to give us a menu in our room since the kids couldn't have it. so change to help organizing a special night. Here's a revised, polished version that focuses on the specific help Israel provided (organizing a special night by getting the menu to your room for the kids): We want to give a special thank you to Israel, the manager of Castaways. Castaways has become one of our favorite restaurants at the resort. We have visited this resort 9 times, and we always make sure to eat at Castaways more than once during every trip. Israel is an outstanding manager who truly goes the extra mile. He was incredibly helpful in organizing a special night for our family — he personally arranged to have the menu brought to our room so our kids could see it and be part of the planning. That small gesture meant a lot to us and made the evening even more enjoyable. We really appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s managers like Israel who make our vacations special and keep us coming back. Thank you, Israel! You do an amazing job. This keeps the review warm and positive while accurately reflecting what Israel did. It sounds sincere without over-exaggerating. Would you like it a bit shorter or with any other tweaks?842msFastNow help with the kids club called the Explorers club. our kids had an amazing time again (well, really it's better for Cora, Wyatt is aging out). Shout outs to Stephie, who saw our kids before they were even in the club and remembered them, as well as Sarahi who knows our kids well and handles them with easeHere's a polished, warm, and natural review for the Explorers Club that's perfect for the staff: We want to give a big thank you to the entire team at the Explorers Club! Our kids had an amazing time again this trip. The club is always a highlight of our vacation — Cora loved every minute of it, and even though Wyatt is starting to age out, he still had a great time. A special shout-out to Stephie, who spotted our kids before they had even officially checked into the club and immediately remembered them from previous visits. That personal touch meant so much to us! We also want to thank Sarahi, who knows our kids so well and handles them with such ease and care. Her patience and energy make the club feel like a safe, fun home away from home. Thank you, Stephie, Sarahi, and the whole Explorers Club team — you helped make our family vacation even better! This version feels genuine, appreciative, and highlights the specific staff members without sounding over-the-top. It also gently mentions Wyatt aging out in a positive way. Would you like a shorter version, or any adjustments to the tone?887msFastsame thing but remove kids name and replace with "daughter age 5" and "son AGE 8"Here's the updated version with the kids' names removed and replaced as requested: We want to give a big thank you to the entire team at the Explorers Club! Exceptional service—already planning our 5th trip back!

jodiefers (Sacramento, California) on Apr 16, 2026

This resort is absolutely amazing. We usually stay on the Secrets side for adult trips, but we always visit the Dreams side and the experience is consistently exceptional. The staff is truly what makes this place special. A huge thank you to Adrian and Britnay at the Carnival Buffet—they took such good care of us during breakfast and lunch. For dinner, Capers (the Italian restaurant) is our favorite. We always ask for Francisco; he is incredible. If you buy a bottle of wine, you can reserve a table with him, and he always recommends the perfect bottle to complement the meal. Juan is the most helpful pool waiter, we always find his pool section. The location is perfect and the service is top-notch. We are already planning our 5th trip back!

Five Star Stay at Dreams Vallarta Bay

Tom G (Vancouver, Canada) on Apr 16, 2026

Our stay at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The moment we arrived, my family was treated like royalty. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, valued, and cared for throughout the entire week. The food was excellent, with plenty of quality options each day, and the weather couldn’t have been better — the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was the people. Adrian, Alejandro, and Jorge went above and beyond for my family in a way I’ll never forget. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth turned a great vacation into a special life memory. As an all-inclusive resort, tipping is never required, but I strongly recommend rewarding the staff for their outstanding service. A little truly goes a long way, and the level of care and appreciation you receive in return is remarkable. I leave feeling honoured and humbled to have spent the week with such wonderful people. We will absolutely be back.

Slip sliding away......

Getaway58714744406 on Apr 15, 2026

Overall nice resort with reasonable quality food and friendly helpful staff. But the pool area is a disaster waiting to happen. Slippery everywhere and too easy to fall...no non slip surfaces; insufficient seating at the pools...could only get lounge chairs by "tipping" the staff every day. Poolside service was patchy; good some says terrible others. Allowing little kids (including those in diapers) into the hot tub is nuts! Firstly, it can be dangerous to little people (their parents are simply ignorant) and secondly the water got pretty disgusting. Yes...there is a sign that says only age 12 and up but nothing is enforced. The tepanyaki dinner is fun but be prepared to get overcooked dried out food! Everyone had a good time. Not changing the menus in the specialty restaurants leads to boredom pretty quickly. We go to PVR often on our own...this is not a great value proposition but it was good for the kids (6 + 9) and that is certainly worth considering. The beds, while comfortable, are past their "best before" date with central sagging of all the mattresses in both of our rooms in the preferred building.
