We loved staying in this hotel - amazing beach, tasty food, and the mostly important - great entertainment for kids!!! Thank you Natalie, Yafre, and Angelica?????? We’ll be back!!!!!

We were 8 adults for a week. The room and whole resort was clean. The staff is very friendly and they truly care of your experience. The food was very good and diversified. I have food allergies (nuts) and it was safe for me. The beach was lovely and we enjoy spending the day in the water. We had the VIP package and the restaurant/designed spaces were clean and it seriously made the difference (for the beach mostly)z Our butler that was assigned to us was the main highlight of our trip. He was an angel. We recommend 100%

Everything was perfect. From the food, the beach, the drinks, the personnel. I highly recommend this hotel. We also had a butler with the prefered club. Juan Alejandro was amazingly caring and made sure our stay was perfect.

The 6 days that I spent at this resort was most memorable and amazing. My children, family and friends held a surprise 60th. birthday party for me and I had an awesome time. I was pleasantly surprised to a birthday cake, customized decoration and a reserved section of the restaurant all of this was made possible by the amazing concierge Slaine from guest services. She was amazing, she made me, my family and friends feel so comfortable. She addressed all of our needs promptly even decorated my door with a Happy Birthday Banner. Outside of my amazing birthday event, thanks to Slaine, the resort had great food, many choices, games and activities for adults and children, beautiful beach and pools for all ages. All of the staff members were warm and friendly. We had a little hiccup with security but that was handled promptly and effectively by the manager of the resort. I will gladly recommend the resort to anyone that is contemplating going to DR. If you like the water, I strongly recommend the Saona Exclusive all day excursion.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana is our home away from home. We love this resort: it’s absolutely beautiful with stunning beach and relaxing atmosphere. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Osvaldo for making our recent stay such a memorable experience! Everything we needed and asked for was “ no problem, we can do that for you “ from Osvaldo. It was a birthday party, Osvaldo got in touch with Benjamin at Asian restaurant, and together they made our party so special, delicious, and festive!!! And we received a nice birthday present from Osvaldo! THANK YOU! Our room was spacious with ocean view and great balcony facing the main pool, it felt homey and nicely organized, mattress was very comfortable, and housekeeping ladies were working hard to keep it clean. The food was delicious at every restaurant. Our favorites were French and Asian. Main buffet was great and had everything you can imagine for breakfast menu. Beach was crowded from early morning till sunset, we needed to get up early to get a couple of beach chairs. The only problem that we experienced was spotty Internet connection. We also thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and evening shows. Great job! A lot of fun!
