Hotel is located in the most beautiful beach. Is not so big with really relaxing atmosfeer. All is clean and well organized especially restaurants with incredible cousins. We enjoined well our stay and come back surrly. Special thanks to Alex from reception for his exceptional service. Martin, Michaela and sons.

Beautiful resort, Beautiful beach. If you ever book preffered ask for Gustavo. He was the best Concierge we have ever experienced in all of our trips.

5 / 5 points for almost everything: high quality and huge variety of foods an beverages; large clean rooms and comfortable beds; reliable concierge service; overall friendly and helpful staff; beautiful beach with clean water; safe environment especially at the beach (thanks Sony for taking care!); always enough water with surprisingly high pressure in the shower; location close to beautiful Saona island. This list could be extended.... BUT on the other hand, the entertainment concept (which had not been in place 3 years ago) is a catastrophy if you want to relax. During our 2 weeks stay, every restaurant and evey bar nearby played loud music, so first you might face difficulties to talk to others, and second the music will mix in a way you can't enjoy it. In addition, almost every evening (until at least 10:30pm or even 11pm) you will have a show or concert at the centrally located Fountain Plaza. Even with closed room doors and windows, the volume has been higher than what I would use indoors at home. Therefore, avoid rooms in buildings 58-65, if facing to the Fountain Plaza. We had problems to fall asleep even using ear protectors. We had similar feedbacks from other guests. So, please, adapt the entertainment concept, otherwise we will not return.

The beach was beautiful. Very shallow and safe to swim with kids. Water was clear and soft sand, no need to wear beach shoes. Resort was very well kept. Service was the top of the top. Our private butler, Carlos was the person to ask for. He was always there for us when we need him and his professionalism and caring service made our vacation experience to the next level. Food was all good. Especially Seaside Grill had the most amazing steaks. Perfectly cooked steak! It was a big and long resort. Everything was very easy to navigate. You can take a golf cart ride if it is too far and my kids loved the ride. Since it was our first time in Dominican Republic, we were worried how it's going to end but we were wrong. We don't usually like to go to the same resort but we will definitely go back.

Beautiful beach and property with a wonderful staff! Flew into La Romana airport which left an extremely short shuttle to the property. Once on sight we were greeted warmly by the staff. Entertainment was fabulous every night. We never left the property as we enjoyed the pool and the wonderful beach sands of the resort every day.
