First of all the bathroom smelled really bad and I found cockroaches in the room, and when I thought that was all the Privilege Club con men don't leave you alone, they say no several times until I say ok I'll listen to their proposal and we'll see and the truth is it seemed interesting until I was reading the contract where it says that everything that was offered truly if it's not in the contract it's not valid so I decided to say no that I didn't want to sign it but they had already charged my card for 8 thousand dollars where 495 was for legal expenses of the contract and they didn't want to return it so I lost my money they are scammers

First the good: the food was always plentiful and for the most part very good.. the resort was very well landscaped and clean. Our room was clean and spacious.. buffet staff always very friendly and helpful. The pool was very large. Now the bad: THE OCEAN- brownish murky water filled with jellyfish. We couldn't get in it.... several people in our group began to develop chlorine rashes by the end of the week due to the high concentration in the pools.. At the pool bar, spanish speaking individuals served first, even when they arrived after us.. all activities were only in spanish ( this is the first resort I have been to where they don't translate in at least 1 other language). We had one couple in our group who found cockroaches in their room.. Overall this resort was not worth the cost, go elsewhere.
