Not the good Experience, Employees are rude and don't care

Jhonny R on Feb 23, 2024

Not the cleanest rooms, first day a roach in my bathroom, second day a huge spider, Everyday asking for towels for the room for a family of four. Most employee are rude to the guest. The pool restaurant closing time is at 6pm, but already at 5.45pm they don't let guest in. The Pool closing time is at 6pm, but by 5.45pm they are being kicked out by word of mouth and a whistle like you are an animal. The day pass for family members or friend at a rate of $65 per person, for seven hours. Now, the front desk is not align on what the hours are for the day pass. I called and got 10am-5pm, at the front desk I was told 10.30am-5:30pm and another day I was told again 10am-5pm. Not a good experience as I had my family come over twice and missed out on time because it was different all the time.

Resort is a nice resort but the rooms need major upgrades, food was excellent I enjoyed every meal. The servers at the bar or buffet were exceptional.. we did the Saona island excursion which it was ok not the best not worth what we paid for . Weather was beautiful
