A Memorable Vacation with Minor Hiccups

Our stay at the hotel was ultimately a delightful experience, characterized by warm hospitality and enjoyable moments, despite a few small challenges. While the front desk staff were less than helpful, our tour agency quickly stepped in to resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth vacation. Accommodation The rooms, though slightly dated, were clean and functional. We didn't spend much time in the room, which made any minor aging less noticeable. Pro tip: If you encounter any problems, it's best to contact your tour agency or the guest service supervisor directly. Beach: The beach provides a pleasant and safe environment for swimming. While the water isn’t perfectly clear and has a slightly cloudy appearance, it is clean and free of any harmful marine life. Despite the lack of crystal-clear waters, the beach remains a great spot for relaxation and recreation. A special thanks to the staff for their dedication to cleaning the beach sand daily. Dining and Service The culinary experience was a h satisfying, with food available even at midnight. The restaurant, bar staff (lobby, pool and beach bar) were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Special mentions go to the outstanding team members. Conclusion Despite small disappointments with the front desk, we had a great vacation. The hotel's warm staff, good food, and overall atmosphere more than compensated for the minor setbacks.

There’s many reviews and information about this resort. I’ll give you mine bullets and you decide if that’s your kind of vacation. •ROOMS OUTDATED, STRONG MUSTY SMELL •TV, SAFE, THERMOSTAT WASN'T WORKING •MATTRESS HARD AS A PALLET •COLD SHOWER, RUNNING TOILET WATER •ONLY 1 POOL (CAN JOIN NEIGHBOR RESORT BUT HAVE TO PAY PER PERSON PER DAY) •AVERAGE BUFFET WITH SAME FOODS EVERY DAY, SOME MEATS DRY AND OVERCOOKED •ONLY ALLOWED 3 TIMES PER STAY IN RESTAURANTS THAT IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS •SHOWS OK •BEACH SET UP IS OK •WATER NOT CLEAR AT ALL AND DEFINITELY NOT TURQUOISE (SEE PICTURES ) •OBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEW, PORT AND FIRES WITH SMOKE IN DISTANCE (SEE PICTURES) •SAND HAS ROCKS, SHELL. •POOL BAR SERVICE BAD (HAD TO BEG FOR A DRINK) •EXCURSIONS NOT ON TIME AND MOST TIME YOU SPEND GETTING THERE AND BACK.
