A great hotel with fabulous staff and wonderful pool! The breakfast is particularly good. The rooms are spacious and very clean with good AC as it gets HOT! A early morning walk along the beach is a must also. Keep up the good work and hopefully see you again soon!

It was fantastic holiday time. We were 1 week. We celabreated our wedding anniversary. The food, pool, bar, room, and staffs was exellent. The bed was very very comfortable. We loved every moment. We collected lot of unforgatable memories. Thank you for hard working to everybody. ????

This resort is beautiful. Staff are every friendly and helpful and polite food is good no complaints there the pool area is just gorgeous the only drawback is the water at the beach but we still enjoyed sitting on the beach watching the calm water. We have seen people swimming in the water all the time. The hotel room is spacious and nice the beds are comfortable in order to get hot water we had to let the faucet run for 10 minutes before the hot water kicked in the water pressure ain’t that strong either but we made due. For the women would be a good idea to bring your blow dryer as the one here ain’t the best!!

We weren’t sure what to expect as we have always been cruise people- this resort was awesome! Food was delicious- staff and service was top notch! The beach was clean and the pool and pool area was very clean! The rooms were comfortable! Very relaxing time!

Our biggest disappointment? The sea. Instead of the expected crystal-clear waters and white sand, we found brownish, murky water. To make matters worse, guests were strongly advised not to enter the sea due to a high concentration of jellyfish. This situation is caused by: - The hotel’s proximity to a river, which alters the sea’s color and clarity. - sea with no waves, creating the perfect conditions for jellyfish to thrive. Although not officially prohibited, the hotel and beach display clear warnings recommending guests not to bathe in the sea. Unfortunately, this crucial information was never shared before booking, which felt like a lack of transparency. For a beachfront resort, being unable to enjoy the sea is a major letdown and reason enough not to return or recommend this hotel. The hotel is about 2 hours from the airport, making the journey long and tiring after a flight. We had to change rooms due to a cockroach infestation – an unpleasant situation. Tip: request a first-floor room to minimize the risk. The hotel offers one main buffet, one beach restaurant (with a limited menu and unmotivated staff), and three à la carte restaurants (Italian, seafood, and gourmet). Despite trying to book early, no reservations were available at the à la carte restaurants – a common complaint among guests. The buffet is adequate, though not particularly varied or memorable. Beach and Pool: There is only one pool, but it is spacious, with a swim-up bar and friendly staff. Pool and beach are close to each other, making access convenient, and there are always plenty of lounge chairs available. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, especially at night when it’s well lit – great for evening walks. Entertainment: The hotel offers a good variety of daily activities and evening shows. The entertainment team is engaged and friendly. Overall: decent, but not impressive.
