This resort offers good rooms, foods, and nice environment. Do not expect a good beach, the water is dark and the sand is tan. Two big and clean pools are available, one is to relax and the other one has many activities throughout the day. On low season, (June, July, and August) they have only two restaurants open to reserve your dinner time, so be prepared to eat in the buffet restaurant.

this was my first vacation on Caribbeanwe stayed on 2022, is not luxury hotel , but we feelt like we belong to this place, we made a lot of fun and any complain about it. We enjoyed and was loved on this hotel for 10 days, was the chipper that stayed in home. and worth it the room need some renovation but we was glade because was cleaned every day. sometimes we have to think positive and not to be picky, and everything will be back good for you

the hotel is 90minutes from the main airport. First impression on entering the hotel is very good. The foyer is large and airy with quality furnishings. Checkin was easy and fast. Hotel mini taxi to room with our baggage. The room was good and clean and has a mini bar with beer and soft drinks in the fridge. Free wifi/safe/air-con/tv we had a ground floor room and whilst the bathroom is spacious there is NO facilties for people like my wife who is a wheelchair user. The hotel say they are Disabled friendly as they have ramps everywhere and even on to the beach. The have one wheelchair friendly toilet in the main front lobby. But that is all. It is impossible for wheelchair users to have a shower. They suggest that you use the bath. An impossible task for my wife who can not stand unaided and cant climb into the bath. The food in the main dining hall was very good and plentiful. The drinks were all brand names and plentiful They did have entertainment but it did not match the level that we expected (Previous holidays we had in Cuba where the entertainment was very professional) The beach can be accessed by wheelchair (but you cant get down to the water) The water is full of silt from the mouth of the river There is a sudden 1m drop off when you anter the sea (which can not be seen due to the cloudy water) also there is a strong undertow so make sure that children are supervised The bed was HUGE almost like a double king sized bed super king sized bed Towels changed daily if you wish room cleaned daily Remember this is a rainforest country so pack lots of anti moquito spay the hotel could make things better by having walk in showers for disabled people after all the year is 2024 not 1924

I’m currently at the hotel on my second week and this place is wonderful, only reason not 5 is the ocean you can’t swim in it coz of jellyfish, but saying that you can lay on the beach beds and it’s beautiful. The buffet restaurant has plenty to eat for all travellers, they have 3 al carte restaurants we had Italian last night couldn’t fault it at all, Staff are friendly and polite always there to help, the pool area is busy but I’m guessing that’s because you can’t swim in the ocean there’s plenty of beds to go around Our room is lovely nice shower plenty of hot water drinks in fridge replenish everyday coffee machine tv air con that is lovely to come back to after day in the heat Overall this is a beautiful hotel and I definitely recommend it and I would definitely return

The worst vacation I have ever had. Disgusting food, flies on the food, and in the food . Staff not helpful at all, we kept eating from the only buffet that was there. The bar by the pool had flies and bees over the cups and on the Fruits. I felt so sick to my stomach, We only stayed one day and had to leave to another resort. What a waste of money. Never using Expedia again.
