Mold - avoid if chemical sensitivities

If you have enviro illness this is NOT the place to go to. Life threatening allergy to mold and they booked me into section known for mold issues. Spray pesticide 630 pm regardless if adults and children are standing right there- large fog of spray nightly. Burn garbage wed evening terrible smell prob toxic. Buffet luke-warm food and mislabeled. Specialty restaurants lovely. Staff in restaurants lovely and set the standard. General vibe staff not friendly and customers can wait. Aggressive sales outside buffet relentless and annoying. Goggle that bit to protect yourself. Pool lovely. Beach is fine but water is brown and not appealing. Landscaping is lovely.

We throughly enjoyed our stay!The resort is immaculate,grounds are beautifully kept,pool is crystal clear,and the food was plentiful and delicious.If you go hungry here then there is something wrong with you .Yes the room may be a bit dated but it was spotless ,had a sofa and a dinette table with chairs.The beds were comfortable and there was never a problem with having hot water for showers.When we arrived ( 5 hours late ,thanks Air Canada) it was about 9 pm but thankfully the buffet was open and we got a great hot meal.The service from the restaurants,buffet and bars was always excellent.The safe was not working when we arrived but a call to the desk about it and someone was there within 5 minutes to fix it.The beach is nice but the water is not that beautiful turquoise color,not an issue for us tho.I would definitely return without hesitation.The only downfall was the resort is about an hour and fifteen minutes from the airport.

?? Do Not Stay at This Hotel – Serious Security Issue I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to a very serious security incident. I left gold jewellery worth approximately £4,000 locked inside the room safe, and it disappeared. After discovering the loss, I immediately tried to contact the hotel and request assistance. Unfortunately, once staff were informed that the items were stored in the safe, there was no willingness to help, no proper investigation, and no meaningful support offered. Communication stopped, and the matter was clearly not taken seriously. A hotel safe should be the most secure place for guests to store valuables. The lack of accountability and complete absence of customer care following this incident is extremely concerning. This experience caused significant stress and financial loss. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Guests should feel safe and supported — this hotel failed on both counts.

We loved the resort and the staff. We will go back again. The room was spotless, The food was great and the weather was awesome . Just what we needed.

Rooms are as described clean and well serviced. The atmosphere and environment on site is as you would expect. Beach is perfect but unfortunately the water isn’t clear with occasional jellyfish, didn’t bother me I went in every day. The pools are perfect and great swim up and sun bed drinks service. The resort site is huge with a pga golf course I ran around the site 6k 5 times during my stay with no issues. Food and restaurants were all good no issues. The staff were fantastic no issues only positive things to say. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we loved it and will definitely return
