We stayed from April 1st through April 8th in a Mirage club adults only swim up suite. This is our sixth time at this resort. Yenny was and always will be our butler. She is the best and takes excellent care of us. If you stay at this resort ask for Yenny. We always have the best and relaxing time where we shut off the stress of everyday living.

Bolivar is a magnificent concierge. He was friendly, helpful and quick to address any request. He remained in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Everyone on staff greeted us with a smile and were genuinely interested in being is have the most incredible time especially bartender Jose and his team at the swim up bar near building 4. Excellent experience all around.

This as an amazing resort! We went with our two kids, ages 7 and 11 months. They had a blast! The pool was amazing and had shallow parts for our enfant as well as a swim up bar for us. They also made virgin drinks for our kids and everyone interacted amazing with them! We don't speak much spanish but everyone here was absolutely amazing and accommodating! Raquel and Eusebio at the lobby bar in the mirage are amazing, Luciano at the pool bar, but everyone here could use a special mention! 5 stars and lots to do with the kids including water slides and lots of activities!

This was an amazing trip, we chose the Majestic Mirage for many reasons. But the kind and friendly staff are enough for us to want to come back again. Our Butler, Bolivar, was the absolute best going above and beyond every day of the week. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable week!

Was one of the best accommodation places ive been! Sports bar at the mirage ask for jendi manuel as bartender and William as chef! Best combo!!
