The resort is out of this world ,I would go back here in a second, staff where so friendly everyone of them went above and beyond to spoil you on your vacation, but a special shout out to our Butler Lisandro this guy is the best, made our stay extra special.

As always, another amazing vacation. This one was a little worse than the others due to Nelson and Donato being fired but I still tried to make the best of it with my other favorites even though everyone felt their absence ?? Huge thank you to Wilber, Arturo, Noemi, Altagracia, Ana Maria, Olga, Jimmy, Gustavo, Juan, Charlie, Luis, Rafael, Jamie and Leo. These people always make my stay such a happy experience! Nothing compares!!!

Wonderful stay! We stayed for a week in celebration of our 11 year wedding anniversary. Our butler Osvaldo was the absolute best! He was attentive, courteous, professional, friendly, kind, efficient, and happy to help whenever assistance was needed. The food, staff, accomodations, beach, and entertainment were all excellent. We definitely plan to return. We highly recommend this beautiful resort.

We just returned from our first and definitely not our last trip to the AMAZING Majestic Mirage. I joined many Majestic groups to get the scoop on this magical property and you rarely ran into a negative comment. The main word is always FAMILY. My positive journey began 5 months before arrival with a genuine response to my email from Julio at the call center. I knew right then we were going to be with great people. We arrived on May 1st, all went smoothly with Transport. Thank you Jetblue and Costco. Check in was great. Yummy treats, refreshments and a phenomenal staff to meet us. Our room was ready and our interim butler brought us to our swim up palace. Like kids at the playground we put our bathing suits on and in the pool we went. Soon after the King of the Majestic Mirage, Cesar our butler, and now family member arrived. If you happen to get him you are extremely lucky. He completed and confirmed our reservations, filled our floats, made sure my mom was okay when she got sick and treated us like rock stars. The facility is top notch. Everything is within reach. Beach, restaurants, coffee shop, pool and entertainment AMAZING. Staff, I mean FAMILY BEYOND AMAZING. Our only eyebrow up, half frown situation was the sports bar. Food was meh. This is by far the best vacation I have been on. Does not compare to other all inclusives or cruises I have been on and I love to cruise. I can not wait to rerurn.
