My husband and I spent 5night at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. It was wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Our butler Cesar was one of a kind and amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed. He asked questions and paid attention to details and the next day our room was decorated for our anniversary. The tiny details really stood out. The resort was beautiful and the service was fantastic. Fernando on the beach provided fabulous service every day that we were out there. Our drinks never ran dry and he was so kind.

Our experience at the Majestic Mirage was unforgettable. It all started with the warmest greeting from our Butler Edwin R. who gave us our first tour of the resort and the many wonderful amenities. Our room was cozy, clean and located in a perfect location close to the main restaurant and main lobby. We miss the king size bed that was one of the most comfortable nights we’ve ever slept at a resort. Our butler Edwin was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire stay. The vibes and atmosphere was always great and memorable. Even some of the other guests we met were super friendly and full of good vibes. As far as the food goes, we highly recommend the steak restaurant and the sushi restaurant that also offers a hibachi style dining experience. The seafood restaurant by the beach also serves excellent breakfast and the staff is awesome. If you’re ever there, ask for Carlos or Chichi. Lol! Super nice guys! The noise level at night was perfect and mellow. Our favorite times were evening walks and drinks at the main courtyard which glowed perfectly by the bistro lights. Lastly, the facility is clean and well kept. The gardens are also phenomenal. We felt super comfortable and certainly plan to visit again. To the entire staff at Majestic Mirage, THANK YOU!!

Great place to relax. The pool just steps away from the spacious room. Spa with hydrotherapy is amazing and the staff there welcoming. (Shout out to Rafael). Dinner in beach gazebo. Two nights in presidential suite! Lots of amazing food and dining experiences. Great drinks everywhere - try the martini outside of the Italian restaurant bar where Taheni makes them soooo good! Fun times in the little casino on property. Day spent in the private “oasis” on the beach where Michael kept our chapagne flutes full. Everything expertly coordinated and overseen by Pablo from arrival to departure and everything in between.

Absolutely amazing. The resort is clean and staff are super friendly. Restaurants and bars plentiful and food available all day. Entertainment was brilliant. Location is amazing. We had a butler called montero who was top notch! We had 2 upgraded swim up rooms but location was bad. Montero moved us and made it right!!! The resort is one of the best!!!!

Don’t hesitate, just book! The hotel and its staff are just incredible, we had the best week, wished it was longer. The buffet offer a wide variety of food, morning, noon and night. The pool and beach are just perfect. The coffee shop is one of the best we have ever been too. We throughly enjoyed the evening entertainment, you could do as little or as much as you wanted here, there was no pushing from the entertainment staff which we loved. Our room, fourth floor, pool view was just perfect and our Butler Jeffry was everything we’d hoped for!
