Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and I felt they wanted to make sure my husband and I were happy. The resort was clean and well maintained. The food was good for the most part. The buffets were hit and miss. Our Butler, Bolivar, was attentive, responsive, and professional. He offered to change us rooms when our room had a noise coming from the toilet but ultimately a maintenance man was able to fix it and we don’t move. He made sure the issue was resolved. The rooftop private jacuzzi was great. Overall great experience.

One heavenly week of being pampered.

We stayed at the adult all inclusive Mirage for a week. From the moment we arrived until we left we would rate everything 5 star. The staff were friendly, attentive & always available. Our suite was lovely & clean & housekeeping came in several times daily. The bar was fully stocked. The grounds are gorgeous & meticulously maintained. The beach is beautiful & groomed daily. The staff was friendly & our butler, Omar was always available to answer questions & provide assistance. The restaurants served wide varieties of food & the bars were amazing. Nightly entertainment was varied & lively. Blossom Spa was special too. This was our 2nd stay here & we will definitely return.

Racist attack Caught on Video - Management did Nothing to protect guests

I am writing this review to warn future quests about a very serious safety and discrimination issue at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres. My sister, my 76-year old mother and I ( U.S citizens of Russian background)stayed at this resort from January 10-14, 2026 to celebrate my mother' s birthday. Instead, we experienced one of the most humiliating and distressing situation of our lives. On January 12, 2026, while dining at the Hibachi restaurant on the resort property, we were verbally and racially attacked by another guest because of our Russian accent and background. The harassment was agressive, hateful, and completely unprovoked. Other guests were visibly shocked and disturbed - several of them recorded videos of the incident, which clearly capture the racial abuse. These videos were uploaded and shared with hotel staff, including management, and clearly show what occurred. Despite this clear video evidence and the fact that an elderly woman was involved, HOTEL MANAGEMENT took NO Meaningful actions. We reported the incident immediately to multiple staff members, including Marco Salina, who identified himself as the General Manager. No protection was offered, no consequences were imposed on the aggressor, and we were told that resort doesnt involve police. Hotel management of Majestic Mirage has tolerated racist attack. This is not only about being Russian. If you are American, Israeli, Palestinian or from any nation, and someone at the resort decides they hate your nationality, Majestic Mirage will NOT PROTECT you. This is the most alarming part. A luxury resort should have zero tolerance for racism and harassment. This resort failed to protect its guests-including an elderly woman - and allowed hateful behavior to go unchecked. I can not recommend to stay here.

Amazing stay

The service was exceptional our Butler Murillo was extremely attentive to our needs and very helpful. At the Italian restaurant the servers Felix and Eliomar were top notch always super friendly. I will definitely be returning to this resort.

A queen for a week

Stayed at the Majestic Mirage Club with my mom for a stay of 5 days. Everything was awesome, from the lovely property, the variety of food and drinks offered, the spacious room, and the service provided. Omar was our “butler” and helped us with everything we needed. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Mirage to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered experience!
