Bolivar was amazing. This was our second time going to the Majestic Mirage and we will definitely be back. Best experience always. The woman at the martini bar outside the Italian restaurant was so sweet.

Resort and service employees were the best. We’ve been there 3 times. We will go again next year. DeLeon was our favorite.

We had the most amazing time at Majestic Mirage! The resort is breathtaking when you pull up. The open air atrium was decorated with stunning Christmas decor. Each and every staff member we encountered was friendly from check-in to the Butler Service to the pool, beach, restaurants and entertainment staff!! The entertainment is fun, every night is something different. This resort is eco friendly so if you prefer to drink from a straw, bring your own or a cup you can get refilled anytime! There were plenty of chairs on the Adults Only side however, if you want a certain view I would put towels out early, go enjoy breakfast at Seaside and start your day. The pool is sparkling clean and weaves through the buildings. The Bali beds were plenty and give you privacy and comfort for an afternoon nap or settle in to catch up on your book. The food is good. The Steakhouse and Hibachi were our favorites! Reservations needed for Hibachi. It’s only a 30 min drive from the airport which is really nice. The resort itself is so large you know there are a ton of people there yet it seems like you are there with few other guests. Plenty of different spaces for many. Shoutouts to Osvaldo our amazing Butler, Juan the pool manager, Noemi hostess at Seaside during the day and at Italian restaurant at night, Miguel the Sommelier, Suzuki the best cook at Kabuki, Fernadezito and Rafi the best bartenders at The Parrot bar, the lady at the Martini bar makes phenomenal lemon drop martinis, Roberto and the entire entertainment staff, I could go on for days! We met some amazing people from all over the world! Ready to go back!

This was my 12th trip to the Mirage to celebrate our friend’s birthday. As always, we had an amazing time and that’s why we keep on returning to Majestic Mirage. Leo manager, Elena manager and Yeimi manager ensured that we had a wonderful stay from the time we arrived at the resort to our departure. They waved good bye to us when we left. Talk about customer service!! We really feel like a part of the family. We would like to extend a special thanks to our friends at the lobby bar - Casar bartender Carlos, Jansel, Carmen , Jahany, Anneurys and Joel. Ramon at the beach bar provided excellent service! Yefferson, our butler ensured that all of our needs were met every day. He made our dinner reservations, decorated our room and communicated our requests to the various parties. Juan Portes took care of us at the buffet breakfast every morning and French restaurant for dinner. Our tables were nicely decorated and we felt really special. At the French restaurant, Mariano, Juan, Jehson, Maricela , Luis , Wilson, Martina , Sanchez provided an excellent dining experience with delicious food. Last but not least, the Massage Therapists gave us soothing massages which were very therapeutic and relaxing. I would highly recommend Majestic Mirage for your next vacation.
