This was our first trip to Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana and we hope to return. Our room was amazing, one of the nicest we have ever had. Our butler , Amable, attended to all of our requests and did an awesome job. The beach was beautiful and there were a lot of chairs and Bali beds. Saudelis made the best chocolate martini’s and kept us entertained at the piano bar. Everyone was so welcoming we felt like family. We would totally recommend this resort

Beach was beautiful! Food was good, especially the specialty restaurants. Hotel was clean but rooms could use an update. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our butler Darel was the Best. He went above and beyond. His service was excellent!! He’s the reason we would return!!

Everyone was so helpful and kind. The shows were neat and the effort they put in was seen. The center bar was my favorite bar downstairs from the main lobby. Great bartenders, always making sure we were with drink in had and a smile on our face. The rooms were beautiful, the spa was lovely. Ricardi made sure we enjoyed the hydro therapy after our massages. He was very helpful. Leonardo our butler was quick to help us with whatever we needed. From more towels to my lost cardigan… which he found for me. Back in our personal pool and he retrieved that for us within 10 minutes. The Essence and Japanese restaurants were so lovely and the guy who played piano was marvelous. I couldn’t ask for a better place for our honeymoon. Thank you all so very much. We will be back to the Majestic Mirage!!!!!

We truly enjoyed our time here. Our personal butler, Darel, was the absolute kindest. We appreciated daily check-ins and help booking reservations for dinners. We loved the hibachi Japanese steakhouse restaurant, Kabuki, and the Italian restaurant. The Italian restaurant has a great breakfast and lunch, which I preferred over the buffet options. I recommend guests use the app to see the daily activities, the resort map, and their reservations. It’s super helpful! I wish the resort had showed us it when we checked in. We loved the pool activities—water aerobics with Juan was great. The evening shows at the main stage were very fun—we loved the circus and Queen night! The espresso martinis from the martini bar are top notch. We could not get enough of them. We want to thank the staff here tremendously—everyone was so so wonderful. Thank you!

Excellent Resort. Elvis our butler was amazing. Ana Maria the hostesses was a pleasure seeing in the morning at the Market Place and dinner at the Steakhouse. Felix was great sever. The food was amazing. Jose and Charlie at the swim up bars were wonderful. The beach and resort was very clean. Everyone was kind and helpful from the moment we got up until we went to bed. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
