We recently had the opportunity to stay at the Majestic Mirage in mid September for five days and 4 nights to surprise our friends who were there celebrating their anniversary. We wanted to keep it a total surprise that we were coming so we contacted the resort and asked that they help to make this happen. Well, when we did arrive we were pleasantly surprised how much effort by management and practically every employee there who was as excited to keep our secret as we were. From the GM, Elena Alvarez, AGM Napoleon Luzardo , our butler and friend, Junior Morena, Assistant Manager, Leo (I don’t know his last name?? but he is super wonderful too) Majestic F&B DirectorJuan Roncero, F&B manager at Mirage, Raul Mendez and so many names that would blow your mind! We were so happy with the service received, the gorgeous room we stayed in and the delicious food provided throughout our stay.
Already scheduled our next trip for November for the Christmas tree lighting and festivities there and looking forward to seeing all of our friends and family back in “paradise”
If you are looking for a perfect vacation that offers EVERYTHING you’d ever want to do I would encourage you to check out these resorts. You definitely will NOT be disappointed!

It’s our first time in Punta Cana and we had a great time. The resort looks well maintained, the pools are clean , rooms are clean but sometimes the AC cycle is not great, Coz e we can smell musky. Our initial room was so musky and our butler Junior made sure to transfer us to another room. Our butler was great, always there to attend to us anytime we text him. Housekeeping service odd a hit or miss , that house with the food too. But over all we had a great time and will recommend and go back

4th time at the Majestic Mirage and it still has its magic since the day it opened. Service was amazing. Thank you Wilber for always coming by to make sure we are looked after. Your hard work and attentiveness are second to none! Juan Bernardo by the pool was always professional, friendly and offered incredible service. Big thank you. You made our time by the pool that much more enjoyable.
Although Rafeal was not by our pool area, he remembered us from previous trips and made an effort to say hi. We didn't forget you! Juana the waitress in the Market dining area did a stellar job! Many others we came across at every restaurant/café, sorry we cannot remember your names, also made the experience great. Rooms were HUGE and clean! Everything was stocked daily. Food was plenty with variety and delicious. If you don't like the food here, you won't like it anywhere. No complaints! Keep up the good work. We will be back again next year. Only unfortunate part is a lot of the staff we have gotten to know in previous years (pre-COVID) were no longer at the resort. We missed them but wish them well! Majestic managers/directors etc. take note, it is your staff that made us come back again and again so be sure to hang on to them!

This trip was for our 35th wedding anniversary and sorry to say it was memorable for the wrong reasons! We had never done an all-inclusive resort vacation and sadly probably won’t try another one because of our experience. We have in the past always rented an airbnb home, rented a car and selected our own restaurants to dine at.
I should certainly say a few positive things first:
The actual resort was nice (not amazing but certainly nice)
The people that work for the resort were wonderful. Very special people who were very kind and helpful!
The pool areas were very nice
Now for the not so nice:
First and most important the food was just terrible. I guess if your goal is quantity of food it’s an all inclusive so not much to say there! I could describe one meal after the next that our mouths dropped open as to how poor the food quality was. Now I should say, my wife and I are foodies and enjoy good food. But most of the food was not edible (at least from our opinion).
I’m not what I was expecting, but the concierge service was pretty nonexistent. Of course we had a butler, but other than reserve two places for dinner his function was to send out a cut and paste message with the times of activities and restaurant availability.
There is certainly more I could say but let’s leave it at this! I have the Majestic a generous 3 overall. My scores for each category would be:
The general staff - 10 out of 5 - so special
The resort - 3.5 out of 5
The entertainment- 3 out of 5
The food - 0 out of 5 (sometimes we wondered if we were on candid camera for our reaction to the food served)
Very disappointed and looking for our next vacation adventure.

If you are looking for top notch service definitely majestic mirage is the place to go!
Everyone here is ready to make you have the best vacation possible.
Food is awesome,rooms are modern and spacious drinks are top shelf here there is nothing wrong to say about this place just come and see it for yourself.
The best part of this hotel is their staff definitely coming back here because of this guys !!
Big thanks to my butler ALEJANDRO he is an amazing guy always making sure that you’re ok this guy doesn’t have a no for an answer he will go above and beyond to pleased their guest thanks for everything!
