If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with outstanding service, this is the place to go. I read some of the negative reviews before going and I can honestly say we did not experience any of them. The room was not musty, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We had a swim up suite, room 6109. Our butler, Junior, was amazing and had the room decorated for my daughter’s birthday, made dinner and spa reservations for us, and arranged for a birthday celebration at the Japanese restaurant. We met Juan Bernardo at the pool. Since day one, he catered to our every need, he had our cabana set up every morning with towels and floats, checked in on us regularly and brought drinks for us to try. The pool bartenders, Daisy and Fernando were awesome and very personable. The nightly shows provided the entertainment, as well as Coco’s Discoteca. I traveled with my daughter and her best friend and all of us agreed it was the best vacation ever!!

We had a wonderful time here. Our Butler Bolivar was so helpful and took care of everything for us. The resort is clean and well maintained. The nightly shows are Las Vegas worthy with local talent! The pools are well maintained and the beaches cleaned of seaweed every morning. Volleyball? Beach dance parties? The kids boogie boarded all day. Great options for snorkeling and deep sea fishing.

The Majestic Mirage was a dream vacation! The staff was incredible, especially our butler Señor De Leon. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From arranging reservations, to ensuring our room was always stocked with our favorite drinks, to decorating our room for a birthday, his attentiveness made all the difference. The rest of the staff were incredibly friendly. The resort itself was breathtaking - beautiful pools, stunning beach, never felt crowded. Will definitely be back again.

The resort is very beautiful. Built in 2016 and very up to date with everything. Give it a 10 out of 10. The steak house we visited twice was really good and the seafood restaurant was amazing. Food just taste different at this resort and very delicious. I give the food 10 out of 10. Couple other restaurants you had to wear long pants which i didn't bring, oh well. Drinks at the bars especially Jerry from the Bar upstairs was really good. Drinks 10 out of 10. My room was very, very nice. Had a suite with a upstairs jacuzzi and cabana on rooftop. Suite 10 out of 10. Everyone at the resort was so nice and accommodating. My butler Alejandro was always on point when asking or needing anything. The beach was nice and clean and the pools around the resort are beautiful. 0ver 100 cabanas to pick from at no charge was very nice. 4 swim up pools also. Entertainment every night was average for me but, not bad. Ok I have one bad experience. Nothing I couldn't get past but, I don't know. Eating at the seafood restaurant I asked for a new cloth napkin. Waiter came back with it and as handing it to me a roach jumped out from under it. The waiter quickly flipped the napkin away from me and the second waiter stepped on it and picked it up so quickly no one else knew what was going on. Both waiters apologized and was somewhat embarrassed. My younger days I would have pitched a @&#$^$% but, not this time. The casino was average. No one was there when we went. Must wasn't paying out in there, lol. Overall I give the Majestic Mirage resort a 9 out of 10. There little friend took a point away, lol. Would I go back to this resort. Most definitely I will.

I had the time of my life. The service from the staff, waiters and bartenders was great. Our butler Pablo was super helpful and punctual. The animation team (Beatriz, Kenny and Delvin) also made my trip very memorable. The food was good. Even picky eaters can find something with all the choices at the buffets and restaurants. I didn’t use all the amenities, but the gym was nice. Pretty small but had everything one would need. I did not get his name, but the worker at the gym was super helpful and gave me a whole training session. I’d go back asap!
