The facilities were clean, and the staff were generally friendly, although a few employees were less welcoming. As for the food, the Italian restaurant was by far the best.

My husband and I chose Majestic Mirage for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place to celebrate the start of our marriage. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous pools, a stunning beach, delicious food, and plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy quality time together. A special thank you goes to our butler, Eduardo, who made our honeymoon even more memorable. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging reservations, checking in on us throughout our stay, or simply making sure everything was perfect, Eduardo went above and beyond. His exceptional service truly made us feel special during such an important trip. We will always look back on our honeymoon at Majestic Mirage with wonderful memories. Thank you to Eduardo and the entire staff for making our stay so amazing. We can’t wait to visit again!

I just loved being at this resort for a week Nothing in this world is perfect This resort may not be perfect for everyone As we all have different tastes But for me it was exactly what i needed People working in the resort they do whatever they can to make your stay wonderful So,please please tip them They work very hard in this heat,while we enjoy our vacation The ladies at coffee shop are the best Juan de Leon was the best butler i had Very attentive,was checking on me every day see if I needed anything The bottom line is I will always thinking of coming back anytime

This is our second time at Majestic Mirage. The service was impeccable from our Butler, Bartenders, Cleaning Service. The hotel is very clean and tidy everywhere you go on the compound.

Amazing hotel and staff. Perfect location, food was lovely, lots of restaurant choices, got to be one of the best all inclusive hotels were stayed in. The staff are so attentive, we had a swim up room in the adults only section, our butler, Cesar, was so lovely. He made sure to come see us each day to ask if there was anything we required, and saw to it that this was done promptly if there was. Nothing was too much trouble. The 4pm pool parties were really good too, foam party, aqua aerobics party, trampolining in the water, the list goes on. Even on the beach the waiter service was impeccable. Most definitely come back to this resort in the future, and as an independent travel agent I will be recommending to my clients. Definitely worth the upgrade to the club room suites, massive rooms.
