Majestic Mirage is a wonderful resort! The people, hospitality, resort cleanliness, and comfort level that you feel, are all good reasons to return! We have been there 8 times, and are already planning our return! Pablo, our butler, is a joy to work with. Juan, the pool concierge near buildings 6 and 7, is very attentive and hard working. The comfort of knowing what you are paying for allows us to easily decide to book the next trip. See you again, Majestic Mirage!

Me and my wife had our stay for our honeymoon and everything was fantastic! Omar was great he made sure everything was to our liking and made us want for nothing. Omar was excellent so if you have a chance try and have him as your butler. We can’t wait to come back and stay again

What an amazing place to stay! It has everything you need! Beach access with lots of places to sit, lots of pools with lots of room, delicious food, nice comfortable rooms, and great staff! I have a few shout outs that made my trip amazing! Our butler Lional was awesome! (MI AMIGO!) He was always so good to us and very helpful. We like that he was down to earth and wanted to talk like a normal person with us. I recommend him if you want to pick a good butler! Jhon, the food concierge, was super nice and was very informed about food allergies and preferences. Also, bringing me some Gluten free bread when it was not out on the shelf made my day. The ladies who work in the Cafe really made the mornings special and the evenings fun! They were all so friendly! The sports bar has great staff too who love joking around with you! The cleaning/repairing staff were seen busy doing stuff all day long and would always stop to say hello if you engage with them. They were all very friendly. The staff at the majestic go place was very good as well, just dont buy from anyone on the beach, go straight to the booth by the lobby. Staff at the piano bar were really great too and they make a really good banana peppermint drink too. The staff that work in receiving and departure is guests are very talented at their jobs! Last shout out is to Juan who we met by the pool. This man is so selfless and really cares about others. We helps people who need it and tries to remember everyone's names. Everyone in the world should be as good hearted as this gentleman. This hotel is like a dream and I even teared up while leaving because this vacation was so good.

We love Majestic Mirage due to the outstanding service. Specifically out butler Leonel “Richie” , the pool staff service staff Daysi and Omar and the pool concierge Juan Bernardo and Victor Manuel, and Rafi at the Parrot bar. They are the reason we are planning on coming back for a 5th time!
