Wonderful staff at Majestic Mirage. Big thank you to Wilbur and Gridel!

The service Wilbur and Gridel provided to the wedding group was a game changer, the service is why we return to Majestic Mirage. Big thank you to Elvis, another amazing butler who we unfortunately did not get this year. He still stopped to say hi and check in daily. I’m excited for the coming renovations and look forward to returning for our 10th visit to the Majestic properties in 2025.

The Majestic Mirage is our favorite hotel we loved our Butler Alejandro so much we requested him for our second trip with 13 of our friends he was excellent made our vacation even better ???????? the rooms are gorgeous the pool areas are great as well

The bed in our room was massive and gave you a lot of pillows. Butler was okay, took him awhile to do something’s we asked and most of all the servers were great. The food was alright, but the marketplace buffet is the best consistency in my opinion.

Wilbert is the BEST

Wilbert Silvestre was the greatest person we’ve ever had in vacation experiences. He helped us with any accommodation and any questions we had for our stay here. We had a birthday in our group and he took care of the room and made it ready for our friend to with a beautiful set up. Will definitely ask for him again when we come back. We enjoyed all the activities the hotel had to offer especially silent party is was a different experience

Poor management. If you are injured there, they will not care! They will not respond to you once you leave the resort.

Marble tile floors were always wet which made them extremely slippery. I slipped and fell, fractured my shoulder. We went to their medical office. They charged us $401. The manager said they would reimburse us. They never did! Didn't care!
